Yoohoo! got 212kw after getting SAFC tuned with Matt (Hitman) yesterday afternoon. Very happy and even Matt was also impressed with the result. Mods are: 3" turbo back zorst, FMIC, 500hp fuel pump (I think was Walbro?) , bleed valve ($30 from forum : ) and SAFC (from ebay). Go cheap mods ! ^^ Anyway as most of you would know with the similar mods a R33 Gtst would normally push up to about high 190kw only. Therefore Matt also said that my car might have a R34 turbo in it (could be fitted back in Japan) coz a R34 gtt would be pushing a similar figure, which is another bonus for me I couldn't tell much difference with the power since yesterday thanks to my granny shifting and the current petrol prices . . . but the result definitely gave me a big confidence to give it a go whenever I need to use it

anyone know the rough gain from 3" single dump pipe to the split pipe? was told by an exhaust shop to be about 3kw gain which is not significant.

I've been told by an exhaust workshop that the difference between a single 3" dump pipe and the split dump pipe is minimal, roughly about 3kw gain (they could have told me otherwise just to make money out of me buying the split pipe) I just dont see how couple hundred dollars extra could justify getting the split dump comparing to the gain from the single pipe (3" here). Of course if you could get a better deal from a workshop having the full system installed with the split dump then that might be alright. My 2c

spotted a bayside blue r33 on sydney park road near round about. waved but i think got a "huh?" look back also a black r33 on enmore rd about 8.30 am

spotted silver gtt with big frount mount at chester hill in the morning, sori spotted late so cudnt wave. also spotted silver r33 gtr turning opposite side at corner alice st & princes hwy, got a return wave ^^ \|/

I have poping sound at the back of the exhaust when I push it pass 4000. Would there be flame coming out? I can't really check coz most of the time that happens I was by myself

I'm getting the cooler and blue kit installed Saturday morning. Can't wait to see the result ^^.

I try not to shift gear at 3000 too often, any more is abit ouchie for the engine i think. Most of the time in good trafic condition I rev to 2500 then shift.

Guys at what speed do you use 5th gear street driving? I usually do at 65-70 k/h but sometimes at 60 zone when the car is rolling. Is 5th gear bad for the gear box when doing 60? (It's raining and I'm bored at work so can't think of anything useful to ask )

Will Power FC get rid of all stock ecu restrictions or might as well get after market ecu? Which option involves higher tuning costs ? (estimate) Cheers
