  1. Yeah fair call. I have a remote filter setup im installing now. That has two ports on it for sensors so was thinking aftermarket temp and pressure there. Ive taken the factory cooler off and have put the filter sandwich or whatever its called straight onto the block.
  2. Thanks mate, makes sence considering it wasnt hooked up anyways.
  3. Oh i can find the proper ones everywhere, just not the cheap ones! Thanks Neil, looks to be a bit cheaper on that site.
  4. Gday Yes im asking alot of question, but i like to research as much as i can before i do anything. Theres alot of knowledge out there so trying to tap into it. Im looking to fit an aftermarket oil pressure guage. If i dont use the factory one, IE an independent circuit, i will end up with a warning light on the dash. Whats the go, have two senders, hook two senders up together, tap into the factory sender wires, anything else??? Not sure what to do without having two senders which seems over doing it. Thanks in advance everyone
  5. Gday everyone, where can i buy the Earls/speedflow type fittings/hose ends/ adaptors? I can buy the real ones everywhere but my track car doesnt need 40 dollar fittings!!! Looking to buy the cheaper version. Searched on the net and ebay to no avail! Cheers
  6. Weekend update. Ended up buying this: So started on that whilst i have the plenum off. Need to buy another two right angle fittings, filter stud adapter, oil pressure sender to get that done. Once ive done that, the plenum is ready to go on. Ended up taking off the intercooler piping, turns out to be Blitz piping to match the intercooler so will either adapt that or sell it off. Feel like ive taken a few steps back as i wanted the plenum on this weekend but will keep at it. Think its a good idea to have an oil cooler on this motor as it will see some high rev use!! Can anyone help out with the ID of these parts and turbo. Have no idea what it is, looks small and chinese haha Any idea where these should go? They wernt hooked up at all Confirmed the Z32 AFM too So this is how the bay now looks, much more to do, so little time......
  7. Can anyone that has done a front facing plenum on their RB25 help me out and let me know what goes into those nipples? I know one is for the rocker/valve cover but still wondering about the others. thanks all!
  8. Willing to sell pipes from the plenum to intercooler separate?
  9. Thanks mate, if only i had more time! Not too fussed on power to be honest. I should be able to ring out 250/300 or so but not too sure on how these are for power (have been v8s up until now and still have one in the shed!) As long as its fast enough to get me sideways, around cones and up hills quickly haha Will be an all out track car, no rego, no interior and forever the money pit. Should have the plenum on by the end of the weekend too, will post up how i go!
  10. Yeah fair call mate. Im using three previous install threads for reference!!! The far right is for the valve cover, i guess ill figure out the others. there should be hoses that will slot straight in!
  11. To further ask a rookie question, can anyone school me on where these air lines go to?
  12. Never mind, used my brain and worked it out!
  13. Bam!! Thanks for that mate, feel like a boob now haha. why would coolant need to go through there! cheers
  14. Gday everyone, Im a bit stumped and im sure the answer is so obvious you are all probably laughing as you read this. Im installing a front facing plenum on my RB25 in my R32. Connected the heater pipes in what seem logical, and the correct spots. Now im stumped as to how this connects into the heating system? I believe its the AAC valve Heres how my pipes look at the moment: I cant see any pipes that arnt connect, am i missing a T piece or something?
  15. oh and if anyone has a throttle body adaptor to 80mm let me know!
  16. Putting all the heater hoses back on, whats a way around this to stop it happening? Thought about shortening the hose, but im guessing it would still kink. Ideas?
  17. On that part there, your looking at 97 dollars and 3 weeks! I just refurbed it!!
  18. Sorry mate thought i put it up there. In Sydney!
  19. Gday all, can someone either tell me what part this is, or even supply a part number? Its part of the heater/coolant piping/hoses from an RB25. Want to swap it out whilst im chaning my heater hoses and changing to a front facing manifold. Also it seems i will need to get some custom piping done for my front facing plenum to intercooler on my R32. Anyone know someone who can do this for a decent price, and also someone who can change the angle of the outlet on a intercooler? Cheers
  20. Gday all, chasing all the heater/coolant hoses for an RB25. PM or reply here or 0421 845 346 Im in Sydney however will pay for post if its worth it! Cheers
  21. Gday again mate, what deal can you do me for the bonnet pins, radiator panel and steering rack spacers posted to 2173?
  22. haha no probs, had a few parts rock up today so hopfully will have a bit of time to work on the car and get the plenum on. Have a mate down at the Matsuri this weekend, very jealous and more fuel for me to get the car done!
  23. If you get them made, ill grab a set too!
  24. Fair enough, spot on was my wording. He said they had a good consistent spray pattern. Translate that into injector service technician speak and you have the correct wording
