Iruvyouskyrines Rb25Det Neo R32

Very nice mate, good to see it moving forward. May i ask as Im about to get my intercooler piping done, whats the thinking behind having the BOV on the turbo side and not the intake side? Or does it not really matter? I was going to get mind on the intake side, just after the throttle body -
Congrats mate, good to see a result and it out and driving

Gday everyone, Have been reading through this thread working through all that is written but have a few questions. Will be doing this before i get my car tuned in a few weeks to ensure the 040 is getting all the voltage it needs to run correctly. Will rewire the pump while im at it. Car is a R32 GTS-T. A few questions/ want to confirm: The positive from the pump changes to white/purple. So when i cut the wire, the white/ purple from the ecu is hooked into the relay, then the new positive from the pump is hooked into the relay. Hooked into the relay as stated within the thread. The original negative earth goes into the relay, the new earth ran from the pump is earthed to the car. What about the original connector? Is it simply cut out of the circuit, with the sender wires just joined together? Are these the same colours before and after the plug? Can i just remove the positive and negative from the connectors, and leave the connectors for the sender wires. This looks like the good for a relay to use with an internal fuse http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=SY4077&form=CAT2&SUBCATID=979#1

The Haltech stuff is fantastic! Very good choice mate, pricey but why skimp out when you have gone to so much time and effort

What ECU are you using to tune it? Im thinking of going something nice and simple in mine like a Nistune, but wondering if there is benefits in going for something more expensive/ maybe better!

Gday all, Ive just installed fake Defi gauges into my R32 GTS-T. Wondering if i have done it correctly as i cannot start my car just yet (oil system isnt finished). I have wired it up to the cigarette lighter loom. Light wire (yellow gauge wire) to the light source (red cirgette lighter loom wire), red and white gauge wire to the accessory (orange wire cigarette loom). Black earth to black earth. The gauges do their start up procedure then seem to power off, im just wondering if that's because i haven't started the car so the power supply stops to the cigarette loom. Anyone else wired theirs up that way and had dramas?

So with the wires disconnected you dont get any warnings? that was the plan but didnt think it would be that easy!! -
Gday all, Ive just put in a fixed back seat into my GTST R32 (track car so no on road safety concerns), whats the best way to remove the seatbelt chimes and lights? Cheers
