Yea.. my stock exhaust had that flap thing.. I remember when i bought it I was checking out the exhaust going.. ok someone riced my exhaust and only one is open... Meh it sounded like crap and looked like crap tho... As seen below..It's actually a pretty cool shot, except my new exhaust looks alot nicer.. no pics of it atm though because, my car is in repair.. Wet roads and my stupidity...

Lol... it's not illegal if the exhaust doesn't go all the way through ( Just what i've heard ) heh I had two cops go over my car and say everything was standard even the exhaust ( no arguments from me there haha ).. Mine is 3/4 way through 4 inch tip 2 and a quarter piping.. I'm not sure how loud it really is.. as I've never had my dad drive it yet past me.. But.. driving around it's pretty deep haha and I guess it shows... I'm like a magnet for police lol Red P's and skyline.. (gts tho) Can't wait to see how much worse it gets when i get new wheels..

hmmm got the second quote today.. forgot to ask what it was.. tomorrow something else happens and I might find out if it's a write off... To be honest i'm 50/50 with what ever happens. Money is nice, but driving a nice car is a bonus too.

Yea i went out to see the car today. the quote from one guy was 9.6k... so i can't see another quote going much more below 1k.. that's interesting.. what you mention about the 50%

Has anyone here had any experience with writing their car off.. Say the agreed value was $13,000 How much damage to an R33 GTS do you think there would need to be for it to be considered a write off? Would: bonnet damage (heavy ) Possible engine damage ( deff radiatior ) Driver's side door pushed in considerably Further driver's side of car pushed in around the place Front bar completely screwed lights too Be getting there?

Sure I prefer r32's... but, I'd love to try and make a really sexy and though looking r33.. Stand out from the crowd

Isn't it in the how to turbo your N/A thead? If not, I'm interested too. And I was wondering... How much on average would it cost to simply get the rb25det engine swap? Would anything else need to be included? If someone could write up a guide for this, whether it be half cuts, engines what ever, I and alot of other would greatly appreciate it
