The BT50's are the only vehicle that Mazda won't offer any form of extended warrenty, as far as I know it's because it's made by Ford and that's the agreement they came to.
ZPE Brand, we manufactured a few sets, some sent to South Africa, some cars in QLD & VIC getting around with them....they're our own product with a limited run. Just since I sold the R34 I have an unused set sitting here.
Got these in the garage unused, includes remanufactured brake lights (All 4 rings light up when breaking, also includes the insert board for the boot brake light) shown here on a GTR

Yeah finding a narrower (yet high output) globe was a pain, I got onto some though and they work well, in Chasers, R34's S15's etc etc they have a very narrow profile.
I'll steer her back captain! I may have got my hands on a set of reverse lamps! I'll have a play with them and see if I can get a drop-in board made (once again)
I love people that always say "I'll pay cash" how else are they going to pay? You're not a car yard where you can accept cash and do some magic with the tax records, you're a private seller and you don't need to declare the sale at all. Cash = Bank Cheque = the only way you can buy a car, or are there really that many people trying to use magic beans? Tards
Yeah the Japanese prices are complete BS, I've been working with my factory to make 'Nismo-esque' R34 brake light inserts after the amount of people preffered them instead of our unique style.....live and learn!
I agree, I put some 3W Crees in the CX-7 reverse lamps, makes people notice! I replaced the brake lights with some awesome LEDs also, quick response and nice and bright. I've fitted them to some S15's and Chaser and they do the job
Did my tip work?
As I said, I never got to try it personally.....I don't have the R34 anymore so technological advances in LED technology have stalled haha. Good that you got a spare set to play with though, that was my aim but could never find any!
Don't we all (except the wife) technically this isn't the R34 replacement...it's her car that I drive until my intern year is over, then it's time to get something with some grunt again....and no I'm not counting down until December at all!!!! hahaha
Back in 2005, they found it in kingston under a house mid-strip, it had 4 space-savers for wheels and was missing a fair few parts. The bodywork damage was enough to write it off though.
VIN number says the car is a turbo car that can't be changed, turbo or not the car will not be P Plate legal.
It would be like trying to argue a V8 was eligible because it was running on 6 cyclinders because you took out 2 ignition leads.
There aren't any loopholes with this I'm afraid.
