  1. The triple gauges are a little bit or work to put it, but they fit up fine if you take your time. You need to get a sharp knife and cut out the padded dash section, 2cm within the dimensions of the gauges...so you've got some room to play with and trim down...if you post a good pic of that top section I'll mark out where you need to cut. You then have to peel the foam and plastic off, the foam goes everywhere as it's crumbly When you're doing this you will discover the holes towards the back of the dash where the triple gauge lugs hook into, nice You'll need an angle grinder to cut a void in the dash plastic, a nice rectangle just big enough to let the inner gauge suppot sit below the dash level. When fine tuning the cut-out, gently pick foam away from under the plastic, and keep test fitting, making sure you don't go too far that you have any funny voids or visible cuts. Time is the key with this one.
  2. Looks like a green plate, so isn't a RAWS...an old CPA import
  3. If it's been tuned properly and not just for WOT; reducing the boost will work just fine and the injector duty will drop with respect to the reduced airflow.
  4. Wow I didn't even think the 2.0L had import approval, crazy stuff The 2.5 doesn't use much fuel, that thing would be pretty efficient, especially with the cool lean-burn head and plasma swirl jets!
  5. r34nur has got a point....I mean if it looks like a Link, smells like a Link, then it must be....... No amount of camera angles are gonna convince many people otherwise
  6. I bet they're made for a GTR, the rears always sit higher if they're GTR spec, they still fit a GTT just fine though....great if you're not after that slammed look.
  7. Also check to see the plug hasn't fallen out of the back of the drivers side door controls, happened to me the other week
  8. My one clogged up big-time a couple of years back, it was literally fused with black crud. In fact I'm taking it back off for antoher clean tomorrow as I'm starting to get the tell-tale stall when stopping too hard. If you look in any of the coolant pipes you're going to find some form of corrosion I'm afraid.
  9. There you go...the car is 99% OK, change the suspension, done
  10. Honda Accord Euro
  11. An R34 GTR won't have cruise control How about you list *everything* you expect from a car, then we can suggest one
  12. People that react rudely and offensively usually have low intelligence, they haven't got the brains to figure they can get further with a constructive conversation. I see it a lot with people I deal with, never spoken to them before, never given them any indication of my intent, yet off the bat they’re rude c$#ts….oh well that’s their problem for sucking at life You'd be suprised how far complaints go when they land on the right desk.
  13. 22's would be sik! LOL But you know what I mean 17" Drift R's look terrible as there isn't enough radius on the spokes....you need large wheels to pull that type off.
  14. R1's...and I think both will look gay in 18 on an R34...you need 19 min with that style
  15. Yep my thoughts were it made power too early in the rev range for a TO4Z, then looked like it an out of puff....so was thinking the cams were out of whack bringing the power band forward.
  16. Location mate, I'll come and get it if you're not too far.
  17. Yeah but his power still drops like a rock even at stable boost and reasonably stable AFRs. looks like the power delivery is right off, that's why I was asking about the cams, have they be installed out of whack?
  18. Whenever I go away for a couple of weeks, the first thing I do when I get home is go for a drive
  19. Who did the rebuild? And do you have just cams or adjustable gears as well?
  20. Yes I've seen that on exactly the same size tyre...for the life of me I can't recall the brand though, they were fitted to my 350Z rims when I got them. Had the same appearance like they'd be done with a stanley blade. Dunlop or Goodyear come to mind....
  21. I can get some in with my next LED shipment, will be around 3 weeks though.
  22. There is a big difference between them....Police see a cannon and get interested in your car very quickly A factory looking twin system doesn't get any real attention in comparison
  23. Also in this thread are some pics of the top of my engine using stock R33 parts for plumbing, you could get a custom made 90 degree with BOV flange made, that would be prettier Ignore the dirt, it had been sitting at the recovery impound yard for a bit. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...um-t243157.html
  24. The GTt has traction control yes, the 25GT doesn't. As I mentioned the 25GT engine has the split chamber, opened by a signal from the ECU (same pin as the boost solenoid signal in a GTt) The twin inlet would probably work very well, if you remove the butterfly valve as it would be more of a hinderance under boost. The manifold will bolt up, but there would be a fair bit of effort re-running hoses to the AAC valve etc etc, may be worth it though. Circled in red is the valve that seperates the two halves of the pleum
  25. As above, metal hose clamps are the only thing I'd be using in there
