  1. Not sure if he's a regular on the forums but it was on our big cruise last month. Tis a nice tidy looking ride.
  2. lol, surely he's kidding That mod is no good if he also doesn't follow it up with a DIY sand porting of the head/manifold & bore out block to get more flow. A careful mix of 2/3 water & 1/3 sand poured through the intake & oil filler does wonders. Need to do the process twice though, first using <200-grit sand with low revs & then >200-grit while redlining it to smooth things out. . Using cement mix is okay but can be too coarse & what ever you do don't use the quick-drying kind.
  3. Welcome to SAU. Enjoy your stay.
  4. GTR-32 - would you mind please deleting those number plates from your posts just as you have done to the pic of your car. The red 33 would be Jazza aka. J_Red33
  5. (clicky) Sporting Car Club of SA & their V-Max section caters for imports.
  6. :laughing-smiley-014: the trick is Flick don't listen to the parking attendants that are screaming at ya & swinging big safety cones around like a crazy person.
  7. Go split dump & front pipe (>single 3" dump/front pipe). There's plenty off the shelf items & for value for money - hard to go by something like the -> Just Japs item. Also, recommend Metal or Catco's barrell type cat as they'd still be the highest legal flowing ones around.
  8. Im for 7pm & also cos I think lock-in sessions for bowling start at 9:30pm +1 be sure to book early as they're fairly popular on Fri & wkends.
  9. Nah didn't see the driver only saw the rear. Maybe not as big but muffler were still a decent size.
  10. Spotted Satday arvo on O'Connell St a silver R33 w/ twin cannons similar to Madaz.
  11. ROFLWEPBJS!Count me in too Flick.
  12. That should be their email address
  13. You'll have to talk to their b/f's. Could see if Nev is available but, would be easier to just recruit while up there like I did last time
  14. As far as I'm aware there isn't Sean. At the moment only 4dirty2 & possibly yourself have shown genuine interest in making the trek up. Something to look into is see if they'd allow SA entrants to join up with our NSW counterparts to help make up the numbers. Happy to be a support staff if it goes ahead & will lend yas the SAU promotional stuff from the last display . You got that right, SA section is just a public forum not an official club.....YET. But, I guess some can't distinguish the two .
  15. They're good but not cheap. Maybe ask Sambo33, not sure where his work is located though.
  16. Lay off the cheesy poofs.
  17. werd would be kidding ourselves if you went thinking that. They're another level over there & that S15 (4PERVZ) will clean up in it's class & as for clubs goes the TVM Stylz display would be the standard With that being said SAU-NSW held their own & had a great display in promoting the club, despite most of their cars being daily driven/ raced except maybe for the 2500R .
  18. whatsisname - glad the beast was able to make it...just, & appreciate your efforts & Shauns (BW) in getting it ready in time as, I know you spent sleepless hours on it. You could join up with SAU-NSW as I'm sure sinful or NASIIN would be keen in organising another group display. Would like to go up again if there's another track or drag day too. Last time I was over a GT-R made 745awkw & Gas Motosport's 2JZ made 813rwkw.
  19. That would be puresx on here.Heard then spotted Madaz going past my work 4:30pm'ish today.
  20. I'd go with their recommendation of 6" barrel & you shouldn't have probs with ground clearance. there's 2.54cm in an "inch
  21. You have PM.
  22. Provided a mate doesn't have his b'day that wkend I should be there. How's the season been for the Celica so far? & what happened to race 4 at Sandown last month?
  23. You've already seen these Sambo but, for everyone else this is mine & whatsisname's
  24. Cheers Coxy & well done to you fellas too. Was pleased how the weekend turned & hopefully we were able to get a few more Skyline owners signing up on the forums soon Nice to see some members coming down to check it out & for a chat. It's just a bit unfortunate that this year it was down in competitors but, great to see Tony's SLO 33 making a few shy of 400rwkw In no particular order just a special thanks to the following for making it a successful first outing: Flick (co-organising); Kroozin, Evil34, Lauren, Sammy (lighting guy); Nevada, Jannene, Donna (promo models) & obviously all the members who entered Congrats again MissR34 for picking up a trophy & puresx's nomination for King of AS with the 180.
