  1. Great job in putting a nice display together & I think SAU held it's own. The SAU name seemed to be known there, had a few randoms strike up conversation about Skylines & the club. Twas a pleasure meeting most of you guys/galz who came on the Sunday & was good way to finish off my visit...actually bumping into 4 of the Glamazon dancers at the airport for a quick bite was but yeah
  2. We only race for pink slips on Friday nights at that A.I.R
  3. Think 4dirty2 maybe entering. > Details for Extreme Powerfest
  4. Posted a link up in my previous post ^^ yeah that's it.... but seriously this is the > gerbil sex train <
  5. Weather for the drags looks promising , you coming Andrew? Will be at AS for half of Sunday till I leave for my flight so, look forward to meeting some more members & seeing what NSW car scene has to offer.
  6. If I have time tomorrow may check it out with a friend. You goin there to ride on the gerbil train Adz? lol! > Adelaide Sexpo
  7. Was at Mawson Lakes hotel this arvo & spotted couple nice R34's, white R33 GTS-T w/ GTTR*33 plates & black R33 w/ double GT-wing. Also, my friends Christmas coloured looking R33 (green, red front bar & white side skirts) :laughing-smiley-014: she had it in just off defect mode.
  8. Seems the mods are the old timers of SA & whatsisname prob been the first.
  9. I always have to swallow back a little vomit when I see that 300zx.
  10. Know what you mean, it's just the way he phrases things as well but, he does an alright job been the grumpy admin. Yeah voted in that pole before he closed it down & I remember sinistagtst being on that list too, haha.
  11. Cheers sneddy. Can't wait to get it back & do some more final touches to the engine bay
  12. I get paid & charge clients $1XX p/hr for my time whilst I'm browsing on here or d/l on youtube I lol'd, does Ash make you search
  13. Well you were quiet while on holidays awhile back. How bout Thread King
  14. Post-modern whore - Pauly FTW! & maybe Adz2332 as first runner-up I'm about 1post a day but, didn't have much time to be on here the first 2yrs & for the record I've never posted in SA's wasteland. However, if he was still on here the previous owner of my car (Hiep aka. hippy) would have prob in contention for that title though
  15. Having the same profile & width as a 18" wheel on the the 19", guard clearance may be a prob & rolling radius will have changed. Also, if you have the same profile & just reduce the width (strech the tyre) the sidewalls won't be as strong, nor absorb impacts as well.
  16. Koya Inoxs are fair nice but, 19"s - you not worried about scrubbing or ride quality associated with low profiles?
  17. Nice pics. Did Dom put his on the dyno?
  18. ^^ The R34 tis r32Gts-4's (Shaun)
  19. Like the Rays but, in black. I find black makes red & wine-red cars look more aggressive.
  20. Yeah it's dangerman4, his last dyno run was ~300rwkw which, also is believed to be the limit of the stock trans w/ upgraded valve body. Also, a complete rebuilt one from MV Automatics has seen around 500rwhp.
  21. That's a fairly medium paced road & there's camouflaged speed cameras in that area for just that reason. We can thank our motorcyclists for that, who do ridiculous speeds...100km+ (almost triple) over the limit in some sections . But, yeah driving spiritedly through Adels twisty roads it's a confidence thing but, not the place where you want to test your limits . And Pauly when are you going to actually make it out to one of SAU-SA's outings? Doubt it & don't know of any roads with arrow shaped striped markings on one side of the road then on the other like they have in Japan. Adel hills does have similar style roads but, usually there'd be a hairpin or two thrown in.
  22. werd....yesterday evening saw a chick driving a yellow R34 around Para Hills -> Modbury.
  23. Mid arvo today a silver 4door R33 going past St Agnes shopping centre, nicest sounding Skyline I've heard this week.
  24. If there's any filtering efficiency difference between filters I'd say it would be minimal for <10,000kms changes. I use the K&N mainly for the convenient wrench nut top. Yet to try the magnetised ones though (eg. Power Enterprise) & see how well they work.
