To put it simply Nowak was the sole director (ie. agent) for Adelaide International Motorplex Pty Ltd (ie. the proposed company to eventually own AIR) & Russo & co were to be primary shareholders of the company. As the agent for AIM Pty Ltd, Nowak was trying to form a contract with B Jane which he botched up due to not meeting the simple requirements of what constitutes a valid contract.

Only skimmed & read 2/3 of the case facts but dodgy accountants , Nowak should know better than that. They deal with contracts all the time & from what I can gather he [Nowak] should have consulted more with lawyers & even a conveyancer in creating that contract & other particulars.

Awesome super car & would make a nice investment but, that's Carrera GT + Z-Tune + Lotus Exige type of money

This morning while turning onto North East Rd from Grand Junction a gunmetal silver R33 s2, gave a wave & got one back.

That would prob be my mates car getting injectors & Z32 AFM done. He was the other wine red R33 at the cruise on Sunday.

If it wasn't for real, would make for a good April fools joke at the unveiling.

Saw a custom greenish coloured 180sx with a GT wing & followed by a white R33, was that you HESLO? Don't recall seeing the personalised plates though. Catch you latter today.This evening/ morning there was quite a few R32 GT-R's (x4) & R33 GTS-T (x3) around town.

I did some looking into with these two activities (ie. paintballing & go-karting) when I was considering what we could do for the next SAU social event but, seems you beat me to it Nick Thought I'd share some of the places on offer: > Paintball Sports - Has several locations down south. I've been to the Kuitpo Field & played several of their scenarios & had a blast. > Paintball Park - in Elizabeth West - Tried out one with joint fields. Has modern layout & facilities. > Paintball Adventures - in Gawler. Haven't been yet. There are others (eg. Indoor Paintball, Pt Adelaide & Skirmish SA) but, didn't find them that great. To make it worthwhile would have to make a full day out of it - skirmish & BBQ. Go-Karting: > Kart Mania, Richmond Kart Mania, Gepps Cross - Fairly booked out if planning a Grand Prix format in April. Apparently no longer has the bridge to drift on > Ports Elliot Pits - Fast track, not a fan of the pot holes but, the 2 strokes are fun. Hopefully they've forgotten my little incident where we were booted off the track

This is Sambo33's & I've got the JUN side skirts but, don't have any daytime shots of it atm. The JUN kit is a low one - the front & sides will bring you ~2" closer to the ground so hope you have a sensible ride height.
