  1. believe what you will
  2. new ECU, Apexi RSM, SLD they'll all do the job for you. only difference being other functions of the various products.
  3. it is definately covering the Brake fluid Resevoir and Power Steering Resevoir for the reasons mentioned above
  4. what were the manufacture dates?
  5. all I will say is I saw Neil and Duncan pulled over out the front of a bottle shop in Goulburn as we drove to our Motel. And yeh, noises from the Conrods is always bad news
  6. Even if it did lie about the model , the manufacture date isnt wrong. Considering ALL Nur's were made in February 2002, This being a June model could only be a V Spec 2. Nur's were not made in any other month. And that info comes direct from Nissan Japan
  7. I'll be down there this afternoon to cheer him on
  8. You do realise that Luxury Car Tax is 25% don't you? And you have to add shipping to the cost of the car before you add your duties and taxes. By your calculation, Luxury car tax comes to $22,447 Car Cost: $72,381 (which is optimistic on it's own as you wont get 84yen when you send money to Japan) Shipping: $1,825 Combined Total: $74,206 Import Duty @ 10% on combined total: $7420.60 New Total: $81626.60 GST @ 10% on New Total: $8162.65 Total before Luxury Car Tax: $89,789.25 Luxury Car Tax @ 25%: $22,447.30 Therefore you're looking at roughly $120,000 before on roads.
  9. ok Once and for all..... 1. The car advertised for $200,000 in QLD is NOT a Genuine M Spec Nur... Nissan say that chassis was built as a V Spec 2 so therefore it is impossible that the car is a genuine M Spec Nur. There is no other proof required of a car's validity than running the Chassis Number through FAST. 2. The story about the GTT wheels is bullshit. The car has to be complied in factory condition. R34 GTR's had 18x9" Wheels standard with 245/45R 18 tyres so therefore the 17" GTT Wheels CANNOT be used to comply the car. If so, the compliance plate holder is in direct violation of his Licence and may have it revoked. If you still think after all that, that the car is a Genuine M Spec Nur, then there is nothing else I can say or do to convince you otherwise.... I hope you enjoy being fooled.
  10. it's definately not an M Spec Nur. Run the VIN in FAST and it comes up as a V Spec 2
  11. the Chassis Number comes up in the Nissan FAST Software as a V Spec 2 built in 06/2002. Therefore Nissan say they built that Chassis as a V Spec 2 in July Either the seller was mis informed or he's trying to pull a shifty himself
  12. As I understand there are 3 V Spec II Nur's in Australia. I'm not aware of any M Spec Nur's in Australia. There are 2 M Spec's in Sydney however neither are Nur's MIU: The Car in Queensland is NOT a Genuine M Sped Nur. It's a V Spec 2 built in 06/2002
  13. That's true and it comes down to the person buying it however the warranty is a fairly large advantage of this car over any other modified car.
  14. No, They will be able to be registered for general road use without any hassles
  15. We have it's all good
  16. Sure, However you definately wont get a manufacturers warranty with it. and the prestige of being built by Nismo
  17. Nope, not a thing mate AFAIK
  18. To set the rumours straight we are NOT bringing a Z Tune into the country at this stage. However we do have exclusive sale rights in Australia hence why it is on our website as a car available for sale Hope that clears up the rumours Tosh Powerplay Imports
  19. It's great oil as it's 100% Synthetic and very reasonably priced. Elf claim that it is a better quality oil to the Motul 300V and that it doesn't break down as easily asthe Motul does We're on 82 Victoria Rd Drummoyne. Come over the Harbour Bridge, then the Anzac Bridge and up Victoria Rd. We're on the right hand side after the Iron Cove Bridge with 2 R34's parked out the front so you wont miss us.
  20. ELF Excellium GP 10W50 is awesome stuff. $54.95rrp for 5 Litres I have it in stock and I can work out a good price for you Tosh Powerplay Imports
  21. Less than 30,000km's and also must meet Nismo's standards (i.e. no chassis damage or rust, Gearbox condition etc...) It's a big expense/head ache for anyone in Australia to send their car to Nismo in Japan only to have it rejected by them But unfortunately that's the way it goes being in Australia
  22. What makes you doubt that?
  23. If 1 were to come to Australia it wouldn't be until at least March next year (and that's if one is ordered today). I'll echo what Sewid said, it is truly an incredible and amazing car. The 2.8L engine is so smooth and responsive you'd think it was a 2.6L. Brakes are phenomenal as is the handling and ride quality. You really do have to see one in the flesh to appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into this car.
