There are Z Tunes to buy from Nismo. If you don't have a car to start with, they will find the car, do the conversion, then sell it as a complete car. You don't need to own an R34 GTR yourself first. All Z Tunes are made to order hence the waiting period -

A beer is the last thing you'll want after running/walking that far!!! I've done it 2 years in a row and it's good fun. People along the way hose you down out of they're front yards, there's people having parties alongthe way etc... it's a great atmosphere. The only problem is getting home after the event as the public transport gets VERY packed out!

I think they're fantastic cars, especially the GT-8 with the 8 speed paddle shift gearbox. Doesn't take much to make them look VERY nice I would LOVE one as a daily driver
