  1. Better post price as per the rules or Blitz will close this one too Cheers Ken
  2. Exedy sprung centred twin plate. Used in one of my R's with good feel ( ie. no lightswitch on/off) and bites when required. Ask Bobbo on this forum as he bought the car. $$$ are around $2300 with flywheel and it's aluminium cover. Cheers Ken
  3. turn it fully clockwise ( but don't force it) and will show the flashing error codes through the little window. Also is a method of changing the idle revs slightly. Cheers Ken
  4. Have a rebuilder RB26 engine here with head complete, block complete and intake. No injectors or exhaust manifolds. $3K and needs a freshen only but that will still set you back around $3-4K Cheers Ken
  5. Thats why. So it's ok to bag the Autronic but when someone mentions the Wolf, and any problems, everybody gets all upset.Still haven't seen the Whologans ahead of the Autronic SR20 at Wanners and I won Wellington dam last year in a stock GTR... As stated before in other threads , we have no problems with it and works well but you are correct, it's not plug and play so won't mention it anymore .
  6. We have an as new Wolf pandp for an R33 GTS-T. $1150. Client took it out for reasons I won't go into. We are quite capable of tuning it if required as there is a big difference between can't and not wanting to. As far as the Autronics Fabs, we all know that the dwell boards were too large and I agree that Autronics backup was average due to lack of good WA agent. That has changed. Wait for the SM4 with user definable dwell . Cheers Ken
  7. Did I mention that the highest street hp ( Leewah) GTR in Oz runs Autronics and the highest Hp at Summernats did too... If the wolf has a very different setup now then why isn't it mentioned on the website or info made avaliable to tuners. Once again I ask why the info is kept so *inhouse* when by sharing it around, it will benefit the product and the yourself as the WA agent. Cheers Ken
  8. Reytec is a good thing but don't do them for an RB25 atm. Cheers ken
  9. *Sigh* I knew this was gonna happen. As per my post re how rotational happens on most computers , that is it drops an alternate cylinder each rotation. Does the wolf do that? Or does it just hunt up and down as per 2 of the ones we have had in here? I have no intention in getting into a war over this Steve and if thats what the Wolf calls rotational idle then that's fine. Would be better to get the customer to compare it with an autronic , motec or Link rotational and make there descision from there. On the Wolf website where does it mention rotational idle? This is purely a question and not having a go at you. As has been stated on previous threads before, if the information is shared around amongst the tuners in Perth then everyone could benefit from the increased knowledge of the product . The keeping of the information to the main dealer in WA makes it hard for the rest of the shops to tune these things to the best of there capabilities. Cheers as always Ken
  10. Simon, read my post above re. rotational idle. Autronics does it , Motec does it, Link does it Wolf does not do it and never has.... Cheers Ken
  11. Yep but go here for the answers. http://www.wolfems.com.au/home Cheers Ken
  12. I'm sure this is gonna bite me but the non pandp wired into the car and tuned will be virtually the same money as an Autronic SMC. Some shops love em , some hate em . We like the Autronic product and have good success with it. BTW , the fastest street S13 silvia in WA runs one..... Cheers Ken
  13. Drops a different cylinder out for each crankshaft revolution by dropping the fuel at that cylinder. Doesn't fire so cools down that cylinder quickly. Very few computers can do that and none of the ones on this thread can( in PandP form ). Cheers Ken
  14. Wolf do a plug and play for the R33 as well. Doesn't come with rotational idle though. Tuning would mainly be done by one shop as they are very good at getting results out of these things that other shops can't. We have an as new one for sale for $1150 Power FC is a very good computer and has a wider tuning base to work from( ie more shops will do them ). There are pros and cons for both which I'm sure will only end in a bitch fight again so I suggest you talk to people in PM who have them and ask for there opinions re hot start, cold start, ability to drive large injectors, fuel consumption and cost to get it properly tuned. Cheers Ken
  15. Brand new yoke $120 extra. Only yoke though, you will still need uni and other part of cross. Basically will cost approx $350 extra for the tailshaft with new yoke and uni. Cheers Ken
  16. $450 ea brand new including plug Cheers ken

    34 Daughterboards

Those are the boards we use for the S14 and work well. Expensive when bought in small amounts so the group buy will be a good thing. How is this going and how many more do we need to sell for a cheap price. We may get a few to help with price purchase. Have you got the address table yet? Cheers Ken
  18. $1450 for mine , it's the last one and it's here in WA. Cheers Ken
  19. Will be struggling to survive with a single plate and big launches. A decent l/weight flywheel will cost around $600 and a good uprated button clutch will be around $650. Can get an aluminium cover twin plate brand new exedy for $2100 which includes flywheel and problem solved. Cheers Ken
  20. Got a box, not cheap. Cheers Ken
  21. As topic states , on behalf of a client who has no computer access we have a Wolf 3D plug and play for an Rb25DET Skyline. Is less than 6mths old and was pulled out to upgrade. New they are $1395 and the client wants $1150. Ring me at work. Cheers Ken
  22. Freight $1300 ish Compliance should be done by the shop that was involved with the importation of the car so if it's not already done , be careful... Cheers ken
  23. Std computer rechipped is the cheapest option. We charge around $700 including dyno tune to suit each specific vehicle( not a generic chip). Factory puter is a very good thing and we have RB20 R31's with 280-300rwhp working great plus SR20's , using a plug in board running 400rwhp. Cheers Ken
  24. I sold my VERY clean burgundy 89 for more than that a few months ago. Car isknown to quite a few members on this forum and all have said it was one of the best around, irrespective of year. A good one is worth it ie, no engine problems, no repair work on the body, no cigarette burns etc. Cheers ken
  25. Dan , unless you have a set of discs ( which are 330mm, not 296mm like your 32R) then you will need the discs. If you do have the discs then disregard the previous sentence.. Cheers Ken
