  3. MY SAU DINNER WITH JIM RICHARDS PICTURES ARE HERE.
  4. Howdy guys! Firstly, sorry for the loooooooooooooong delay uploading the photos from the night. I've been pretty busy moving to a brand new home, for some reason most of the hours of my days and nights have vanished! The photos are being uploaded tonight. So check back later for a linky! thanks again to the organisers, Jim, Alan, Terry and everyone else involved
  5. Cool shots. What lights were you using?
  6. There's a few rwd boats in the mix First order has been filled and will be posted over the next couple of days. we're going to do a 2nd run with a cut off date of January 15th. That will be the final run for these calendars. Thanks for the support of everyone who has grabbed one so far
  7. dude your shooting hand held in a really badly lit enviroment. I think if you want a clearer shot inside at night you need one of the following a) day time b) tripod c) $10k camera your camera looks fine man. when u see a nice shot of an interior at night or with all the lights on you can bet your arse it's not straight from camera. To improve the shots you've posted up i would do the following. Turn on every light that might add light to the photo get a tripod exposure to suit F6ish No flash. correct the white balance to kill that yellow, or add a blue-ish filter to it in post processing. you could even try a hdr.
  8. Ah. well that sucks. nice graff though man. I'm back! You may have noticed I've been missing in action. Moved house, finally got my comp set back up
  9. some decent shots. drifting ones stand out. Jay you're one hairy motherf**ker. do you not let you use the public pools there? Over here we've got a no jumper in the pool policy... something about clogging filters and stuff.../ flower shots are nice too.
  10. have you looked through flickr if u just type in a keyword? i thought it needed a mention hehe
  11. I've whored but never steered the creek. might have to do something about that.
  12. nice shots peoples. toot toot!
  13. u need to remove it from one of the existing groups you've put it in.
  14. You'll need to pm when you transfer and send your postal details to me.
  15. Thanks MLR! PM Me your full name and postage details please and we'll get it there before the world implodes! Yes, Implodes. I'm sick of all this exploding nonsense. Typevu they look even better in real, everyone whose seen them is pretty stoked Dohmar, it's not a NSW calendar, it's been made for the whole of SAU. Here's the cover It's sexy.
  16. The calendars are shipped safely with some board or bubble wrap. The paper is thick enough that if you're postie is strong enough to fold it in half and jam it in a letterbox he's probably way to strong to complain about
  17. haha good idea! THanks for the wrap Terry anyway...
  18. That baby photo looks like its missing something..... i know! something almost funny and clver that can be posted as a reply in forums. anyway... some of you may already know this... but the calendar is finished. and printed. and it looks like this!
  19. I'd usually charge a club member around $150 for a basic shoot, and $200 if they require something special, like light painting, or motion shots. That includes finished and touched up photos on a disc, a few small 6'x4' prints and the favorite shot in an 12'x8'. Of course if larger prints are required we can work something out. You're looking at some shots of your black 34? or you have another ride in mind? If you want any more detailed info best to send a PM i reckon. Couple of exampes of what i mean with the different styles and techniques. Light painting Motion (rig/rolling) (panning)
  20. For Current Financial Members of any state it's $24.95. It's $34.95 for everyone else.
  21. Who owns that black 32r with the plates ir321???? They're my old skyline plates
  22. We've finally made our own dedicated SAU Club Calendar! This is available to anyone, regardless of if you're part of SAUNSW/SAUVIC/SAUQLD/SAUSA/SAUWA or even no club at all. All the photography was done by local members in Sydney, they have spent hours and hours and hours doing this and making sure the photos are perfect before going to print. All the paper used is a high quality (not the cheap crap you get in a normal calendar), and comes in A3 size so its nice and big to hang on your wall at home, work, the garage etc. Delivery to any Australian postal address is included in the price. Postage can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location. International is no problem, just get in touch and we will figure it out. Here's how to get your hands on one step by step; Step 1, Deposit money into SAUNSW's account Bank - NAB Branch - Marrickville NSW Account name - Skylines Australia NSW BSB - 082 356 Account number - 546 393 766 Please put your SAU USERNAME and CALENDAR in the description, eg "N1GTR CALENDAR" or we wont know who's payment is who's or what your paying for Step 2, send us your postal address; This is where we will mail your awesome new calendar, so make sure the address you give is correct Send me a PM with the date you paid, and your postal address.
