  1. Some nice pics 30-3 Very ultra wide. Search around, I know there's a photo club or 2 in the riff. I've seen them all milling around the river a few times. If you don't find anything on here hit up the photography shop on high street and ask the little porn star who works there. He'd know for sure.
  2. Some nikon dslr's have an option where they can be controlled by a PC. Look at the nikon site for more info. (I'd offer some but I'm not to clear on it all myself)
  3. Cheers boys. Sam, Using a D90. Is that white 32 yours? Are you using a fish eye for some shots or have I just not had enough coffee to function properly yet? Rhys, If there's nothing like this in perth it just gives you a good excuse for a weekend away somewhere I've just moved and got no net reception there i'll have to throw the rest on a stick and upload from here at work over next couple days. I was going to throw up some garage pics next.
  4. and a few more... Garage pics probably on monday or tuesday.
  5. Went to superlap today, busy packing, but here's a starter. I might make a thread up for it later
  6. I'm interested, but can't confirm at the moment. So i guess I'm registering interest. And wasting time by writing here and bringing nothing to the table.
  7. P.s. NA, the 2nd shot is nice. Clone out the lights at the back and the road with half lights and you'll have a mad pic i reckon! was bored... like that. but less rushed
  8. Sam can start a 'many cans from different lands' thread I'd be up for that. Good to hear all is well dude! My 50mm 1.8D arrived today. I'm busy packing/moving and I've been working off site for most of the week so no real time to play with it properly. Here's the only shot i've tried so far. brenizer effect on the car just outside of the garage. Not so sharp as it was all hand held in very bad light. But the technical mumbo jumbo behind it worked well. SO expect something nice over the next week (if i get time )
  9. Well look who decided to show up... How's stuff over there sam? Nice pano's btw
  10. pretty cool shot sid, Nice shots of 32's too rhys! Yeah I agree with the nice use for a ford. there definately is a certain little bit of satisfaction when we're testing fords > hahaha
  11. What Zenon said to do is what I do when I can't be bothered to resize. I created a picasa account and simply upload the pictures there. Once the pics are there, they're resized automatically. From there, I Right click the picture, and copy (CTRL-C) the file location Once you've done that simply past the file between "[im g]....[/im g] <No space of course.>
  12. Penrith's government office building. Located on station street across from the Plaza and also the train station.
  13. I don't know who she is, but I'd like to get to know her soon

  18. great pics Sid, and a good read too. Cheers!
  19. Nice cityscapin sliminy. Hey Zenon, that second pic is a really nice, honest pic! is good.
  20. The first pic I cut the car on to a new layer, played with the colour values and sharpness. I then desaturated the background, added some blur and darkness to it to help the car stand out. The 2nd pic, On the car I played with saturation, brightness and contrast, over sharpened it to emphasis the car's lines and and reflections. I then added a slight blur to forground and desaturated the enviroment a bit. The blur in that pic is just from panning with it as it drove in front of me. I used a slightly longer shutter than you'd usually use and just the panning right on (Through luck and multiple pictures, not skill haha ) Hope this helps
  21. Tough call. both are great shots
  22. If your car look nice and neat, and you stay away from the plaza on a thursday night you'll be fine. If you're driving a fish tank with crap hanging off every corner and no springs you'll probably attract more attention than you'd want. To put things in perspective I've 3 skylines, all of them kinda noisey and fast looking and I've had no troubles. I used to cruise around a lot on thursday nights too. I usually don't do skids around every corner though, and I don't have "P"ull me over plates either.
