Chris I reckon go for it I was dangerously close to buying a Monaro earlier this year .... but the introduction of the LS2 put me off for a bit so I'm going to wait til the GTO's come down in price and then get one of those

i made 245rwhp without safc2 and then 243rwhp with safc2 but gained a lot more midrange

I had similar mods to you on my RB20 and at 12psi I got full boost I reckon by 4000rpm and also made 245rwhp with standard turbo and SAFC2 .... .... but then again I do live in WA

hmm ok I just called Nissan .... $705 for an R32 GTR oil pump $427.40 for an R32 GTR water pump :looney:

Any chance a couple of people with GTR's could post up the build date and the engine number?

Another question ...... If you buy a standard 32GTR pump and replace the spring in it : a. where do you buy the spring from? b. what do you ask for when buying the spring? c. how hard is it to change the spring? Many thanks!!

hell yes there was a guy on here that put a pic of his black 34GTR up with 19" LM GT4s ... pure sex on wheels :uh-huh: -
This engine was totally stock when I pulled it apart, so don't think it's seen massive boost and all that sort of thing. How can I tell if it's perfect flat, as to be honest I don't really want to have to go to the huge trouble (and cost!) of having the whole head pulled apart and reassembled!
