revvy: so if I get a dump pipe and front pipe, adjust the timing and maybe chuck in an SAFC (we have a 5 knob one sitting around here at home) I should see a nice little bit of difference? also fit my front mount cooler that's been sitting in the garage for the last 3 months!

Would a dump pipe make my car feel a little less restricted in the top end? My car seems to run out of puff at around 5-6k??

Is it as easy as chopping the roof off to make a convertible Obviously a bit of strenghtening as well, but is that all it is? -

Yeah cheers ... but I wasn't bitching about the price. All I originally asked was, what is the reasoning behind such big price differences. But thanks for your help nonetheless.

I sprayed the entrances to the garage with Mortein Surface Spray to protect the car from all avenues of attack! But seriously, these things are annoying!
