  3. I have been waiting about a year and a half for a set of Works emotion D9r's to pop up for sale and finally it happened The guy didn't have a clue what they were worth so I advised him that you could buy them brand new delivered to my door for about $1900 I offered $1500 cash and I would pick them up... he agreed and so the 6 hour round trip began to bunbury Left a 7pm with an hours break I arrived home at 2am It was worth the trip... they are brand new
  4. Well it's a while since I posted but the car arrived safely in Sydney and was driven straight to Motorsport Mechanical for its heart transplant and driveline upgrade Mick sent me a couple the other day that made me very happy
  5. I spent a bit of time checking out different workshops and the one that stood out to me Motorsport Mechanical There cars are making good power and most importantly they are reliable
  6. Just a quick update on the car Polished the headlights finally made a massive difference to the front end of the car I have made a decision on what direction to take the car I have been all over the place trying to figure it. I have entered an event for next year in WA called Racewars. It's a 1000m top speed event in Albany. So this is it the vehicle left for Sydney on Monday when it returns it will be transformed into a monster I can't wait #171daystillRW

  11. Well I wanted to purchase a turbo kit that would see me onto the high Nines however there was just nothing in my budget I found a nice 2nd hand kit in Sydney that will be suited to my needs for the time being and fitted into my budget [emoji7] A Precision 6262 on a spoton fabricated T4 split pulse manifold turbo smart wastegate and less than 2000kms on kit Hopefully it was a wise decision to go 2nd hand

  14. Righto Fellas I'm thinking about selling the -5 turbos and going for a single setup I'm after some advice suggestions for turbo selection I want the car to be an all rounder but I would like it to have some serious straight line speed.... I know it will make it harder to drive on a race track but for me I need that feeling of acceleration and speed

  16. Hey mate Is the cylinder head lifting an issue still or is it resolved?

  19. Gday Fellas There has been alot happening in my life so the GTR has been on the back burner A mate invited me over to Sydney to help out with Motive DVD GTR drag battle and I have to say what an experience. Got to visit some cool performance shops and meet some really switched on owners/tuners CRD, JEM, Micks Motorsport, Motor Sports Mechanical and Maatouks racing to name a few. Everyone is unique in how they do things with the GTRs but wow..... the smack talk..... that was probably the best part hahahahaha I was lucky enough to meet and be able to spend a large amount of my time with Kyle from 1320videos We both spent alot of time getting ourselves lost trying to find workshops and site seeing hahahaha On the first day there I managed to get us lost around the north rocks area after trying to find some food and a phone shop for Kyle lol When I returned to Perth Andrew from Motive DVD invited me to the V8 supercars to help out with the drifting side of things. That was alot of fun and I managed to meet some more amazing people Another great opportunity was being able to show the East Coast crew what the West Coast is all about I brought 6 copies of my good friends Magazine across for the guys to check out the name of the magazine is FORGED. This mag has a diverse range of vehicles from American muscle, JDM, Aussie muscle and motorcycles. Its a very well presented mag and if anyone is interested I can organize some copies ☺
