Its not the location mate, its the driving style. I'm living in Sth East (notorious), had my GTR for 3 years with enough mods to run 11 yet i haven't been pulled over once. Not really, I've been on the notorious Princes hwy alot of Fridays and i actually saw more Holdens and Fords get pulled over. I think with Front mount, stock air box with K n N flat panel filter, decent boost and you'll see pretty much the same power woudln't it? Even better try find a Chipped Jap ECU. As for handling, skylines come with coil over suspension standard so im pretty sure most after market coil over will comply. First time EPA is only for exhaust noise and RWC i think which pretty much Pod filter and front mount is included anyway.

Nah mate, if it doesn't come with it, then don't worry about putting one on as its a waste of $$$$. You'd need to change the ECU, all the shocks ......ect.

From memory, One screw is to move the headlight UP and DOWN, the other one is from SIDE to SIDE. Left headlight normally point higher than right one.

Flushing your radiator with a garden hose wont' work, Best to get done by a radiator place.It need to have the top tank remove, cores get clean throughly......etc . My old gtr over heated right on new year's eve coz i got stuck in traffic, checked Thermal Stat, then changed to a new Thermal stat, flush 3, 4 times. Also skylines radiator is alluminium isn't it?
