  3. i'm on dialup... pity me .. .please.. i am still human! i used to be l33t.. << cry >>
  4. I'm posting hopefully constructive criticsm here, so don't take it the wrong way.. but I think it maybe looks a bit like those pot-hole sites, where you go to type in address and it takes you to the wrong place with fake advertising. Think it could just be the colours and things - if you modify the templates around that shouldn't be a problem. Other than that seems to be a good idea.
  5. haha, we could explain Mr Perthian.. but then we'd start another.. lol.. remember school gspec? I think you're at the age to be a bit old to remember like me.. but its kind of like that.. ha
  6. no love in here anymore..
  7. thread locked..
  8. yeah, the older style classics such as the Z's, c210, etc it suits.. but its just a little wrong on the 32 there. Hey, i never said i did.. *some* maybe on this forum like to think they are .. but hey, I'm just another australian driving a japanese car.
  9. token whinge
  10. Seriously.. cut the shit.. I'm sick of coming here and reading this junk or snide little comments here and there about whatever. How old are you guys? What people do in their own time, or with whoever they like is THERE OWN BUSINESS.. I'm disappointed with well the attitude of EVERYBODY.. Personal attacks, childish comments, private little groups, just rubbish all round from people here and there. You're all acting like school kids ... Grow up and worry about yourself and enjoying your skylines, rather than what others are doing. Thank you..
  11. check the group buy section and buy fatz ones.. least u know what you're getting.
  12. lol.. does it look like there is any room there.. stop being stupid..
  13. I don't care whether I am "keeping up with the ages".. or the latest in jap chic.. they look shithouse.
  14. hey yeah! i can see the S15 in it now that I look.. one weird contraption. Has anybody seen the movie the "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" ?? - That is almost close..
  15. Found this whilst browsing the yahoo auctions, which is always is a bit of fun to turn up strange and weird creatures when you're bored.. Have a look at this crazy R32  what is it with japanese and tacky add-on wheel flares ??
  16. Pintara seats should fit no problems. No import seats fit. That includes import R31 onwards, as they have a different floorpan design to the aussie ones unfortunately. I tried with R33 seats myself, not much chance - and its not possible to simply swap the rails over between the two. You need to get something welded up to get them in I am pretty sure.
  17. like sewid said firstup.. totally pointless asking this question .. ask somebody locally, as the costs to import a car into the country would be totally different over here. Best you could look at would be the average FOB prices in Japan (what it costs to buy over there)
  18. ba!! you totally take it in the the wrong way. What I was getting at is for the last 6 months since i have been up here, I have not seen one "who might you want to suggest as sponsors so they can be approached?", "who is going to be the assume core roles or what might those roles?", "what activities would you like the club to take?", and the like. These decisions to me, were made with absolutely zero consultation with those other than yourself, Revhead, and Gary. I am not saying they are in the wrong or negative decisions, but simply that is what it appears to be a autocracy.. And I still have not noticed "ok, now the club is established, this is how you can all participate in the future direction if you wish to do so" or this is how you can choose who does lead the club in future. Its just opening up the process for others to participate in which has been lacking. anyhow, this is all pointless from whatever side. Like Ska is saying, lets move on and think of some positive things.
  19. .. buy a mini ...skirt
  20. .. no you don't
  21. i sent mine off Monday.. w/ dereg papers, and certified ID. Was a Sept. build. I am expecting 17 days, and then to get the car on the boat a few more after that. Don't expect it to arrive in Australia until late October to be honest. Then compliance.. blah. Least you don't have to pay for shipping until it gets cleared thru customers. Its a long wait, but thankfully I have my other car to hoon around in the mean time.
  22. Yep, was a great day! Thanks for organising it Mike - on ya for taking the initiative and planning it all. Would have been funny getting a shot a bunch of skyline guys looking longingly at the empty patch of ashphalt / skid pan(?) below .. what a waste! hehe Chaos: no worries ! stacking is part of the fun of gokarting anyhow
  23. how many pairs u got?
  24. well if they're going around hacking aussie car sites, then maybe they'd try here as well? I don't know! lol
  25. I think its great.. solves many problems of the old classified, and as people start posting I think it will look more "full" and the advantages will be clear. No chat is almost a good thing, cuts the bullshit - and also i LOVE the photos right there straight up.. and ads that don't have photos look crap and don't draw attention which is the way it should be. You want to see what the item looks like you are buying - or just browsing its good to look at. Its all good, encourages people to get off their ass and buy a digital camera or at least look for a picture of a similar item. If you want to sell something, make an effort! Suggestions: * Items after "X" days should be automatically removed unless automatically the user goes in and clicks some "i am still selling this item". Not sure whether this is facilities for this, but stops people coming on, posting the item, and then never responding to queries - or its sold long ago but people keep enquiring about it (least better than the old days of people bumping up threads for items sold 2 years ago!) * Location should be an "always displayed" column - for larger items shipping makes many items only relevent if you're in the same state/area. As important as photo and price to me and others i assume.
