I gotta admit... jibberish... all jibberish! I have much to learn. Maybe one day I'll be able to afford to have a dedicated track day car to put my money into - and maybe then I'll understand what "RDA slotted and dimpled" means without automatically picturing some exotic condom style.

I've got a few paint chips on the very edge of the doors that have started to rust. What's the best way to tidy these up and seal them to prevent further corrosion? Also, the paint is factory 'Blade Silver'. Is there any touch-up paint for this, or is that out of the question being a metallic?

Mike. Went down to the peninsula off Forgan Road today to check it out as a photo shoot, but you can't get down on the banks. Couldn't find a single loose bollard to remove either. Shame really. Took the film guys down to look, and one of them brought a 400mm lens to test the range... he could focus on insects on the reeds over 100m away!

No point valuing cars interest financially. It's the emotional ROI. Fair to say that anything that makes you money is nice to have, but doesn't give you a kick in life. Getting a kick will always empty the pocket.

About 4:45pm today I saw a light sliver R34 (GT-T I think - had a subtle aftermarket GTR style kit) on Old Gympie Road near Alma Road heading north. Licence plate ???-LYF.

Nice shots. Here's the route I'm taking tomorrow for a picnic. Anyone got any feedback on the route? I've checked the roads on Street View, but the quality of the images doesn't tell me much about how sealed it is in some parts.
