  1. ^good stuff flick! Keep it for as long as you can, you know you'll miss it when its gone so put off the pain as long as possible LOL
  2. Flick: Sad to see it go, but houses are never going to get cheaper and the longer you leave it the worse it gets. BUT once you are in, as long as you can afford it, skyline it up again!! Would you consider swapping rims with cash your way at all? If so, PM how much diff you would be looking for
  3. Now now dan, cara's car is fine. N/A RB is good, sounds sweet. N/A CA or SR is just crap and thus fart noise. Not everyone is chasing a gigawatt at the rears :PBJ:
  4. Not too bad steve Im thinking of getting the Canon S5IS. Im looking for something with a little more control to play with shots, and I really like the idea of the pivot screen http://www.canon.com.au/products/cameras/d...ershots5is.aspx Has some good review too, and highly recommended from couple of ppl at Teds cameras too
  5. What model camera did you get Steve?
  6. Was driving next to Maxx 90% the length of Anzac Hwy then Morphett Rd thursday night (was in the SP23). Also, keep seeing purple 40th anniversary skyline in melrose park.... looks hot every time I see it, has some 18" 5 spoke rims with a little dish too
  7. Also, My brother in law had his SS interior re-trimmed in leather by Wilshire Motor Trimmers. Don't know what price though, but it's a TOP job, all in pleated cream leather
  8. PM Hostile on here. He has recently had his R32 GTR retrimmed in leather, he should be able to help you out with who and how much.
  9. Bloody Stalker Surprised you didnt see me monday night then, I flew through the lights in the 33 just ahead of Brooke You'll probably spot me in the SP23 most nights actually, only drive the skyline once or twice a week now. SP is good on petrol and I just drop Brooke at work and pick her up. Still haven't seen you in your ute though.. need to look harder I think!
  10. ^ Chops: Still thinking of selling up if AIR does actually open?
  11. Fingers, toes, legs, arms Crossed!!
  12. Spotted a black R34 this evening, turning onto the expressway at Darlington. Was sitting VERY low in the ass end.. looked like there was a few dead bodies in the boot! LOL
  13. Where was it that was charging 2500 for labour?
  14. Chris!! Thats f**ked up Hope you're ok now, wondered why we hadn't seen you for a while. If you are parting the car out, how much are you after for the 3' dump pipe and cat (any good still)? Also, the box for your pod, how much? Cheers Lee PS (Won't be using the fuel pump, mine is fine, just noisy as where its located in the tank. Need to return yours )
  15. I'm interested in taking part on Friday Night & Sunday. Would be good to be part of the SAU display
  16. Seems "Bob the Knob" doesnt want ANY money from South Australians, or for us to have ANY events
  17. well if its only small, should be an easy fix by any decent panel beater. Best of luck, hope the checkup comes out well
  18. Sounds pretty good, very similar features to what my car had so at a glance price seems fair. I would be cautious of the said rust spots though. Where abouts are they?
  19. 14-15 sounds about right, pending what's on the car and the condition. I paid $15k for my 33GTSt earlier this year. do you have a link to an add for the car, or list some more details?
  20. Hackney Hotel would suit me. Plenty of parking there too, and can head to almost anywhere from there. I doubt Brooke & I will come to bowling but dinner should be good!
  21. Well Kristian (iron Chef) is seling one of his customer cars. click here Check out the car there. They may not mind as much?
  22. Yeah national suck for customer service (with them too). I think the best thing is to explain it calmly to H2P and get them to reimburse you the $$ ASAP. I dont think the bank will do anything, as its the fault of H2P for taking money when they shouldnt have. Get onto RAA in the mean time if H2P is only m-f as well?
  23. You will be able to check the VIN to the rego number, BUT you won't get a full check, ie. the engine could be stolen. So YES make sure you get the engine number.
  24. Welcome! Hope you enjoy owning a skyline. To check to see if it's stolen, get the VIN number, Engine number & Registration. Then go to www.ezyreg.sa.gov.au and do a vehicle securities check. This will tell you if the body or engine are listed as stolen. As for parking it at a shopping centre, like Dan said, a GOOD alarm is teh only way to go. Remember an alarm is only as good as its installed too, so a $200 alarm from Strathfield ISNT going to cut it. Hope this all helps
  25. ^ You'll be looking for a little while for a good car. Took me about 6 weeks to find my S3 Silo when I was looking a couple of years back. Good (or a particular color combo) are hard to find these days because these cars are approaching 20 years old and starting to become thin on the ground.
