  1. Yea I'm not sure if they are still available from Nissan. I don't think they are, but they could be. This guy just had them and never used them.
  2. they just go on the tension rod. I haven't put them on yet. Its just been rainy and cold here. I don't take the car out in bad weather. If you still have the factory duct work from the lip they work perfect. On standard GTR they just dump into the wheel well brake area with no further direction. These guides pick up perfectly where the ducts leave off and direct that air onto the rotor.
  3. They were new, guy just didn't have the original boxes. Everything was still sealed up.
  4. Also got some more parts in. Forgot about these lol. N1 brake air guides, these work really well with the factory undertray/ lip air guides. Also got some new turbos. Figured I'd give these a shot. GCG hi flowed -7's.
  5. ok went on a job in Texas for a bit. So the car sat for a few weeks. But I got some work done. Did the brakes. Looks a lot more clean. I think the car had original rotors and pads. The front could have been changed they had life on them....the rears were getting really close to metal lol. Also got the oil cooler/relocation kit done. I wish I would have tried to do an oil change first before buying this lol. It is no where near as hard to get to the stock filter as the internet makes it sound. If you have big forearms, I can see why. But if you are relatively small, try it first. It literally took 5 minutes to get off. That was because it was on pretty tight lol. Probably would have just got a sandwich plate and cooler if I knew that. But it works very well, temps definitely stay down.
  6. Hey Terry, the link isn't working anymore? Would like to read it! Congrats
  7. Got my brake rotors and pads in today. I went with the Dixcel FP rotors and Dixcel ES (extra speed) pads. See how these things hold up. Here's a little shot at the gas station before a local meet up. Flush looking mean.
  8. It's so crazy. The only reason I bought the DVD is because I saw it on facebook. It was a r32 gtr exclusive. I seen it had some old footage of HKS and what not. So I bought it. I didn't realize that North America is in a different "region" than Japan as far as DVD's go. Certain players can only read discs from certain regions. So I ordered a cheap international DVD player off line just so I can watch it. Then bam there is my car lol. So weird. I also have to say, the 2 disc DVD is awesome. I wish I could understand Japanese because they get into some DEEP stuff. The one tuner actually started crying, very passionate. I think it was Autech Tsukada. I can see how the Japanese car culture is waaaay ahead of us Americans. It's not like its not just a job to them, its their lifestyle. They also find a junkyard r32 gtr and bring it back. Was pretty cool to see that. They talk to numerous tuners. Show the building of a tomei genesis engine.....I see why they are expensive lol. Very very clean.
  9. well I watched that R32 GTR dvd. Got to disc two. They make a visit to Global Auto (where my car was bought). I about shit a brick. My car is featured on the DVD. They show it numerous times. Here are a couple of pics I took. Now here are some pictures sent from my importer about 10 months ago lol. You can see all the same cars parked in a line. gold BMW, red evo.
  10. some photos Also got my boost gauge in today. Looks brand new. Wires are still tied up. No box though.
  11. got a small cell phone video of the exhaust. The sound quality actually surprised me. I am listening with a sub and speakers though. But I think it does a decent job at capturing the sound of the Midori Seibi if anyone was interested. Keep in mind, OEM rb26dett with OEM outlet pipes. Just front pipes back. It's all in the youtube description. Sounds nice and deep at idle also. Excuse my pops, when I said it might shoot fire, he wasn't expecting that lol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtcpiyQoJ6Y
  12. In between intercooler and radiator. One of those things I'm just gonna have to figure out lol.
  13. Well I got some parts in today. Box of oil Trust 13 row oil cooler/relocation Kind of a rare gem here. Nismo Carbon fiber radiator side shrouds. N1 option. This is the real carbon fiber, not that junky stuff you see on 99% of hoods and boot lids etc. The ultimate GTR tuning DVD 2 disc set. To bad I don't understand japanese
  14. well I got some cool nismo item you all might enjoy. Nismo carbon fiber radiator side shrouds. This is real deal carbon fiber, not that crap you see most hoods made out of lol. You can feel the strength and lightness just by the touch. They look so fragile, yet so strong lol. Kind of crazy. These were made for the N1 I believe they were options.
  15. ah ok, they are painted. I would try to get that off and bring back to original finish. Should be in the 250 USD range then.
  16. are the wires still connected? Do they still light up? Outer ring is obviously scratched off black coating. I just got a near mint boost gauge for 250. I would say you are in 50-100 dollar range USD. I would just throw up a price, if they don't sell, lower it lol.
  17. yes they both discontinued. 8 points go for around 50 bucks here in the US. They may have gone up a little, I would say 50-100. 10 points are usually about 250-400 bucks on the auctions. There has been one up on the auctions for a while that is not selling. 30,000 yen would take it. Keep in mind, my prices are all USD. Then the 400r keys are......well I wont get into that lol. Lets just say stupid price....which is why they never sell. Also, what I meant earlier by "all of them" is......buy every old logo nismo thing you can lol. They are discontinued. Intercoolers, radiators, steering wheels, shift knobs, horn buttons, gauges, seats, floor mats, radiator caps etc.
  18. yes, all of them. I just sold my extra 2 red lighters for 108 USD shipped in the US. I still have 2 yellows. In the works of getting another. Yellows are 10x more rare than the reds.
  19. I'd say swap your sub frame back. Judging by how my 9.5 +12's fit.....they are perfect for the car. Unless you feel like a new look with different wheels.
  20. Very cool. You got a gem there. That's awesome no one took it off. If you ever want to.....please keep me in mind.
  21. They are from old nismo fest. Only 500 made.
  22. YOU GOT ONE! damn it man, I was so close to getting one. Looks rad man. You want to sell it?
  23. That is the coolest plate by far. Who else knows what it means. I may have to steal this if I get custom plate. Damn that guy is clever.
  24. Received my gauge cluster today. Put the nismo gauges in. Nice quality piece I must say. Gauges fit really snug. Probably the last of my interior touches.
