Well, to put it simply. Yes Its a newer car, its a newer gearbox, its a newer engine, its got newer brakes, newer interior, better looking (objective) Ive now hit a brick wall, i have realized that a 260RS is great value for money ... ill keep you all posted *wink*

i never really bother. Under 1/4 and i fill up. When installing the fuel pump, i was told the fuel tank design is different in the stagea in that there is a little "pocket" in which the fuel pump sits, meaning it is 100% the lowest point in the tank. Ive driven around 2 days (~50km) with the light on and my 040 was still able to suck fuel up

These transmission coolers are made for transmission oil. I am not sure how they perform as engine oil coolers

yep, i do. check the original tranny thread and check out my install. Ive got a GTR cooler stuck in front of mine too.

yeh man just playing too. But yeh, there is always going to be someone out there that wants it gone NOW and will take a loss just for that. Caution is always on my side these days after importing a lemon.

i guess at 11k landed and complied, a rebuilt RB26+gearbox is only another 10k + labour can get a RB26 stagea for ~22-24k

as craig says - nothing ... always trust the sales person, especially the one with no liability if something goes wrong (TRUST ME wink wink experiance wink, they dont have any liability if the cars a lemon) mike, sorry, dont mean to ruin your excitement. I am sure it will turn out fine in the end.
