  1. Neons rawk.....
  2. Thinkin about spending $350-400 maximum...
  3. Hey all, I'm lookin for some front mount piping to DIY, I wanna do the pipes the right way around (ie, no cold air-over-the-hot-engine) deal, noone seems interested in doing a job like this for a decent non-exorbitant price... Gonna be needing a few bends/silicon hose/silicon reducers, piping..... Where can I get some of this stuff from ? Is the standard piping 2.5" ? Cheers guys, -Kym.
  4. You don't need to drive stupid to be spotted by a fag-cop who has nothing better to do but take your car away from you...
  5. thank god I live in North Perth....
  6. should be called gunmetal ghey. Go the big white whales!
  7. My old car had a previous woman owner, and when I bought it the clutch was shagged after 32kms from new! I still maintain that girls can't drive properly...dam clutch-riding-heel-wearing wannabes!
  8. wrath, you don't have an S14 by any chance do you ??
  9. If Ken uses the same clutch's as Ross does, it's all good. Mine takes an absolute BEATING, it loves compression locking 3rd/2nd gear, loves the 4000rpm dump launches, loves the chirping 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th....... it's a BITCH in traffic tho. I got the 9puck the ceramic with a 2500lbs pressure plate..... the pedal feel has gotten considerably lighter since I got it about 20k's ago, but still grips like a monkey on 'roids...
  10. I only use ultimate 98... Vortex is SHITE and I can see the knock sensor sitting on 10-20 while highway cruising at 100km/h.
  11. bah. standard speed cut happens more toward the 190'ish anyway...i mean. urr.. so I've been told As for the water, yep.. had the same thing too... also, the spare tyre forms condensate on cold nights with the rubber and stuff... that's my theory anyway, as there is definitely no leaks in my boot... dam boats love the water!
  12. ZE326 are absolute ASS tyres, no point even buying them. They don't last long, leave 1mm thick rubber on the road, and are pointless in the wet. I got Nankang NS-1's on the rear (in 255/40/17) and got them for $200/ea They can be had, as Fane said for around $140 in 235/45/17.. The suprisingly hook up real well, take a beating, and grip pretty decently in the wet
  13. I also have a 7250.... never thought of selling it, but meh.. I need FMIC piping too! You can buy mine for aroundabout the same price
  14. Nothin' like fried RB26 to bring a tear to your eye....
  15. Interesting theory.... let us all know how you go... as well as how much it all up costs.. might be another "rev210 special" mod to get that mystical 12sec pass!
  16. Yes, a "Members Gallery" in the truest sense of the word. You blonde? Our site is definitely a work in progress, as I'm the only one that looks after it..
  17. Saving maybe 500g on a pulley? Isn't that a bit of reach in terms of power/response gains rev?
  18. " Finding females was hard, when attending clubs" LOL P.S. your site needs a Member's gallery with photos. and not of thier cars either!
  19. Dam, I knew I should've plugged my *cough* foxtel *cough* dish back in when I moved house!
  20. Can't afford insurance, can't afford the car....
  21. 14k tops man. 15k is pushing it... you can get a turbo for about 16k these days.... and any pimple-faced gopher can get a 15k unsecured loan it seems...
  22. for this price, it doesn't include the flanges does it?
  23. Bah to 112km round trip! Try 125!
  24. It's not often you see something like this in your inbox, a local perth company resorting to spamming locals in the attempt to drum up more business./ Just wondering if I was the only unlucky shmuck to have been spammed by: HEAD TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING Unit 4, 28 Sundercombe St Osborne Park 6017 (08) 9244 7717 I got two emails, one with huge attachments etc. If there's one thing I hate, it's spam, and I've reported quite a few WA companies for it in the past. Anyone else?
  25. FFS Can someone confirm to me that an M-Spec is NOT a GTST without ABS/HICAS/AIRCON ?? The GTR N1 is the only model I know of that has deliberately excluded these items! M-Spec/Type-M just is to distinguish turbo/front bar etc against the Type-S As for selling the car tdawg, 21k is a good price, don't lower it, and sooner or later you'll get a real buyer, not a pimple-faced tyre-kicker!
