keep driving untill you get a notice on the other hand.. got a rather funny story.. a mate recieved a letter saying he'd lost his license for 3 months.. yep sure enough he stopped driving about a week before he was due to get it back he got another notice saying he'd lost his license for 6 months i think it was.. fancy that.. he went into find out wat the hell the go was.. the first notice got accidently sent to him instead of another bloke with the exact same name and how ever he said he hadnt been driving since the date he recieved the first letter and from memory he just got told dont drive untill the 3months from the date of the first letter was up which was in another 4 days and he'll be all good to drive again.. rather nice f**k up by DOT i must say as for the person that was saying about public transport being bad in melbourne.. come to cairns.. and than you'll really see wat f**king shit public transport is.. as for taxi's my last boss had a good one.. got on the piss one thurdsay night at workshop with his mate.. caught taxi into town got even drunker got home at 4am in morning.. slept got up called taxi at 7am and got told it would be 10 minutes.. meanwhile i get to the workshop at 8am.. allright usualy first one there stand out front have a smoke waiting for the boss... customers start showing up with there cars.. 830 still no sign.. 845am rang bosses mobile to find out were the hell he was.. and he was still waiting for that taxi.. went picked him up and well yer the taxi never showed up as his missus was at home all morning thats how 'excellent' public transport is

i been good for the last 9 months.. only cause i havent driven it thanks to engine conversion > hope to be driving it again in a couple weeks :S that one point isnt gunna last i can see it now.. i better pull out the push bike and start using it to get some practice

check under the thermostat housing.. im sure there is also a engine number there i'll check tomorow arvo on my old rb20 and let you know at least i think thats were it is.. i'll take a camera and get photos of were it is..

meh.. cops suck.. up here about 12 months ago i had a copper try book me for doin 105 in a 80 zone.. when the stretch of road that we were on was actualy a hundred zone.. funny enough the coppa was pritty stuborn and was 'Positive' it was an 80 zone as for 114 in an 80 zone.. meh cop it on the chin apply for work license as for those pricks changing the speed limit.. i wish they'd stop doin that make ya think sometimes there doin it just to raise revenue in that area

2 hp? haha i wanna see someone do a before and after dyno test on this.. if i can find somone with a gtr with stock airbox i'll do test stock airbox vs apexi bolt ons i'd go with apexi bolt on kit for gtr if i were you..

i'd be goin a GTRS those things are awesome.. boosts early and has decent topend.. and capability of pushing close to 300rwkw if not a little bit over on a rebuilt engine with all the work.. on a stock engine i'd say you'd be able to get 260-270rwkw safely and rather easily

i can understand that.. one of there ratings is on speed.. awd's can drift alot quicker than rwd cars so that's why i'd imagine they'd be banned in tournaments.. either that or just give them a awd catagory

the turbo that started this thread.. you'd find prolly ouldnt spool on any petrol engines seeing as its off at looks like a big diesel truck or genset i think they call it a negative displacement turbo.. doesnt make boost just helps feed enough air for the big f*kn engine (from memory.. im tired as hell so if i got it rong someone correct me)

321 is marine grade stainless from memory 304 is alot better with the differences in heat changing constantly 321 tends to go brittle and cracks quicker than 304 (from memory.. could be other way around its been awhile since i got taught all that stuff) other than the the performance difference would depend on the insides weather there the same or different

r33 gtst brakes are actualy better than z32 brakes :\ gtr brakes.. depends there the same as r32 gtr.. r33 gtr is prolly better.. but hell. standard brakes are more than enough
