got one for my car from ebay, paid $57+ postage total, didnt have any instructions with it, but once i sorted it all out and eventually got it in (was a bit tight) it felt a bit crap untill all the parts wore in which took a week, now it feels BEAUTIFUL, so happy with it, definately some of the best money ive spent on the car... had it for 6months now and no problems... looks exactly like the one in the first pic... driving anything else feels like a tractor!

ive got my lineup sorted, all the people that i want to see are at different times so looks like its perfect...... cant wait, going to the pub as soon as it opens on sat morning to smash jagerbombs with the boys!

mate has a 2year old 350z, it has a new gearbox in it old one started to shit itself, clunky diff and occasionally an engine whine from somewhere.... mums vectra has had the triptronic gearbox replaced in it, 2 years old too, just had timing belt done at 60k, found a leaky water pump so replaced that too... misses mazda 2 had major cv noise when you turned right, farken thing only has 15tho on it! talk about beat up ford thread, i dont see alot else come out of australian dealers with such good bang for buck.. 45k gets you 240kw in a 4door sedan... dont give me r34 because they arent local, and holden have just jumped in the ballpark too.... my point, everycar has its weaknesses..... i dont think that most of these cars spit a piston out the side crusing along the highway at 100kmh, you buy an xr6t to hammer around the city, belt down the freeway, if you wanted to go slow and carefully then youd buy an xt or plain xr6.... Look at howmany fords have been sold since the release of the BA, the power they put out stock, cost and engineering..... go buy an audi 1.8 or a 318i for typhoon money, yeah it might be a bit better inside, but goes like a pulsar... good on ford i say... hope the development continues!

another for the 3, good little cars, drove the misses' mazda 2 to bathurst and back, couldnt fault it!

i think hes talking about the ones at the front next to the headlight.... they are very hard to find, there was a member selling a few sets on here a while back maybe u can ask him... next best bet is the clear windowed type m indicators with a few home mods to make them full clear

for the bottom, the seat is clipped to the car at either end, so slide your hand under it and feel the clips, grab the seat then yank it up to pop it out of the clip, both sides, that will come out... for the back part its a 10mm bolt either end, then slide it up towards the rear windscreen and it will come off the hooks at the back...

like i said in another thread got new tyres on the vectra and they aligned it, steering wheel was still out, asked them to change the wheels on my skyline before i went to the drags, they managed to crack my front bar, almost dropped it off the jack and stuffed some playing up bushes totally that i couldnt drive the car.... definately would not go back there

well it "is a nice fresh tight engine" according to her, and the line is non turbo... hey it would be an improvement and definately different haha

told u we recording it on dvd recorder, can make plenty copies (for personal use of course) last nights episode was pretty good, its getting deeper and deeper into the story, half way through now

almost, they did fit right up on my skyline, but under acceleration they do scrape on the rear guards, and yes you need the guards rolled on a 32 to make them fit...

Spinning wheel tyres in wooloomooloo...... personally wouldnt go anywhere else, they deal with mercs, porches, lotus', one of the guys has a massively powered 32 there too, all sorts of cars and they know their stuff.. the aligner is a genuis and could almost align a car by touch and sight hahaha

heres mine..... who needs boot space pfft did it a year or so ago when i had nothing to do.. took a few days of hard labour but love the end result... not hard to take out or get to the spare either... got plenty more pics too!

get an aftermarket chip... or cut wire 53, but as rumor goes this affects hicas and certian shit themselves at different speeds etc etc....... ive got my greddy turbo timer hooked up to wire 53 so theres a digital readout.. theres a website somewhere with the colours etc..
