    Old Skool

oh god bravestar, my cousin still has all the original figurines in packaging ..and as for the garbage gang, does anyone have pics of the original stickers, i love them when i was younger and would lvoeto see them again
  2. not the smartest idea to run it dead dry , becuase if it picks up a slight bit of rubbish in the tank, it can possibly block one of your injectors, as they are like pin holes , so something very small can block them. i wouldnt push my 33 that low
  3. awesome video, good to see some ppl actually driving their r33 hard and not just all show
  4. MY33RT : PM Sent 5ky: Of the top of my head i think they are 1.1mm thick , but i will check tonight to be 100% sure. These are done the old fashion way, all by hand, no metal fabrication shops get their hands on them.
  5. sorry boys i dont have anything to suit the the r34 or r32 and as it stands i dont think i will be able to make one, as i dont have the tiem to redesign a new template. im not sure if they will fit a non turbo, send me a pic of the engine bay and ill see if its the same as the turbo's. RedLineGTR: yeap i definitly have clear lid heat sheilds ready for postage if you need one
  6. too move the siren should be easy. i actually dont make radiator guides, but i have considered it, along with custom scuff plates, but all in time i guess
  7. another video is now on ninemsn.com.au showing the car as is http://ninemsn.video.msn.com/v/en-au/v.htm...p;mediaid=25410

  9. Hey mate, The boost solinoid is fine where it is, but the siren is definitly in the way of the back wall. The back wall goes straight down, sorry about that.
  10. when i picked up my r33 it was a 50min drive from my place, when i finally got to the dealer to pick up my new baby, i was itching to get they keys. After filling out the last few papers, he handed over the keys, went out the back to the garage where my new baby was sitting and their she was with the bonnet up, but sparkling. I asked a few quick questions about where trans dipstick was, then i hoped in got familiar with the buttons on the dash, blinkers, then started her up and it put an ear to ear grin on my face. After leaving, the whole way home the car smelt so good and i was to scared to bring it on boost , as ive always driven an 88 prelude, and it felt so roomy compared to my other car. when i finally reached home i reckon i had ppl comin over all day to look at it
  11. its prob a bit late, but heres my r33 which is silver, got 18" black rims , and the clear indicators u mentioned
  12. here's a few pics of my 96' r33:
  13. thanks for the positive comments guys
  14. still got a few clear lid airbox's
  15. the second u give it a bit of gas the car will jump of the jacks...take a look at most dynos, even they strap the car down so it wont move
  16. i got my kit from powerplay and the fit quality was amazing and the communication was so much better then the rest . Like most ppl have said you get what you pay for. If you look under the gallery section on powerplayes website you will see heaps of pics of my car
  17. for an r33 s2 they are under the bonnet in the fuse box on the left hand side, there should be 1 fuse for left head light and 1 fuse for right head light, both are 20amp fuses, change these and you should be on your way. you can get them from super cheap auto for about 2bux for a pack of 10 or so
  18. first thing to check is the fuses. Chuck in the head light bulbs and then change the fuse. Go turn on the head lights and see what happens, if they pop the fuse straight away it means that its shorting out somewhere. Either you have exposed wires or you have added some electronic gizmo recently which isnt wired in properly. or are the new headlights the same as stock 12V / 55W ?

  21. $350 to fit skirts? mate the guy who's fitting these must be laughing. I got my kit fitted, painted the factory metalic silvermatched paint, supplied paint / fitted kit for $550 and that was a front, skirts and pods. to fit skirts its a tube of sikaflex and 4 screw you can do it your self if you really want to. And if you want to know the quality and fitment of this kit i can post pics and show you how exceptional it sits, with no gaps at all. shop around first, coz most places, the first question they ask is what car you own and the second you tell them a skyline they will just jack the price up coz its an import, so try and avoid telling them what car its for, just say a 2door coupe. i got quotes to fit it alone without paint for $1200 and i just laughed and said yeah no worries, do i sound like im an idiot and had a few verbal arguements , but some places have not a single clue on how to do business
  22. what if you have a pod in and enclosed box that you cannot see, and a cooler, what can be done ? When i called the EPA regarding this i was told only an exposed pod OR a cooler. Unless the car comes with a factory intercooler then you can have a pod as well.
