pull the vacuum hoses off the turbo actuators and run at full boost. easy fix

just trying to help a friend out, he recently bought his r32 gtr and on the weekend he changed his brake fluid as the car didnt stop on the first pump of the peddle, so after bleeding the brakes his abs light and 4wd light are permanatly on, he tried a few more time with no luck, brakes are still weak and lights are still on, checked all fuses and all still ok, so wondering if anyone has any idea whats happening with his dodgy gtr.
