  4. Just wondering if there was anyone in Tassie who repairs Power FC's. I've got one from an R34 which won't power up after a little mishap with the battery and want to get it tested
  5. Aiming for a minimum of 320rwkw on 98 through the auto and big converter. Previously made 321rwkw and ran 10.7 @ 127mph with my old GT35 set up. The GTX30 would be too small on the 3L I reacon. I'd eventually like to screw about 30psi into it with an E85 tune. Theres guys making close to 400rwkw with a GT35 so is the GTX going to be that much better?
  6. Anyone fitted a GTX35 to a 3L capacity RB yet? If so how does it compare to a regular GT35? I'm trying to toss up whether its worth spending the extra $500 - $600 on the GTX Currently running a .96 T04Z on my single cammer and not overly impressed with the repsonse. Without the transbrake its pretty much useless at the track. I certainly regret selling the 1.06 GT35 I previously had on the motor

    Fs 180Sx Shell

    Got the damaged shell left over from the car I wrecked. Still basically perfect from the firewall back. Would be good for rear 1/4 panels, beaver panel, etc. After $100 otherwise it will be going to sims to return as a future Hyundai. Doesn't come with the rear 1/4 windows PM or Ph. 0409 958 227

  10. Theres only 2 servos where I live so I have a choice of United or 95 Shell Premium. Cheers for the replies everyone. I have to eventually get a retune done once I get this ice ignition to somehow work properly so I'll do the tune on the United stuff. Just hope the cheaper fuel is still fairly consistant.
  11. You only need to remove the timing belt when taking the head off. You will have to remove both timing covers and loosen the belt tensioner though
  12. Problem is there isn't a great deal of United servos around, plus they all sell different products anyway so I'm limited then if I go for a long drive.
  13. My local servo has decided to swap from BP to United which has left me in a bit of a dilemma. The car is tuned and has always run on Ultimate but of course that isn't available now. They have told me their 98 mix is Boost 98 which is an E10. Am I going to run into any tune/detonation problems if I fill up on this because from what I understand the ethanol burns quicker than normal fuel. I'm currently running 22psi with a T04Z with the Ultimate tune
