yeah that was me. where abouts did you see me? i just got back last night. if i'd have known of other SAU'ers up there, i would've love to have met up with some of you. i spotted a couple of skylines up there. there was a nice blue R33 gts-t with chrome wheels and a bodykit going past the big banana. also kept seeing a purple R33 GTR been driven by this middle aged chick. it was stock, and looked like it needed a clean.... badly! i think she just wanted a purple car!!! and also saw a white R32 gts-t and a R32 GTR, i think it was dark blue (not sure....) with awesome wheels and big exhaust, it sounded FANTASTIC!!! there was an R32 4 door which was pretty stock..... and a SWEET Dodge Viper RT/10! did some one say BIG?!?! the bastards have got 4 exhausts from the factory!!! yummy!!! well holiday is over now. back to the daily grind of work......

which catagory are you thinking of??? classics or pre-historic??? seriously though, which one? i wasnt aware of any GTR holding a record around there for that long.......

i've got a BMI dvd which holds a race at a circuit in japan between the R32 GTR, R33 GTR, R34 GTR, V35 Skyline, WRX STi and an EVO 8/9 (all were stock). the finishing order was.... 1. R34 GTR 2. WRX STi 3. EVO 8/9 4. R33 GTR 5. V35 Skyline 6. R32 GTR (was last by about 7 secs over 5 laps!!!) it was done by the Drift King and all his JGTC mates...... feel free to borrow it if you like, just be sure to return it!!! (looking at Veilside.....)

a point that hasnt been raised yet is that milk and juice only comes in 2 litres!!! lets face it, if you want to pretend that you own a sports/performance car, buy an R32 or a Remote Control car! i know which would go quicker..... (the RC!!!)

should've done 31, 32, 33, 34, 35........ go the 33's. if i wanted to drive a matchbox car or an AFX race set, i'd buy a 32 (i love stirring sh1t!!!)

i think the media made it sound worse than what it actually was. the canberra times has always put a dampener on it by the way the journo's write the articles. it always from an outside perspective, never writen by some one of a younger age that has even a mild interest in it.....

sorry to hear that its finally gone. i bet most of us thought that you'd never sell it, well i did anyway!!! i dunno, if you dont wanna spend too much, then maybe go something with the s13 base (modded of course!).....

go the R33. bang for your buck factor cant be over looked. i'd choose the s14 as a close second..... both cars have their advantages, but in standard trim, i reckon the R33 would be the better package.....

spotted a blue R34 GTR this morning going down erindale dr. im pretty sure it was theo's..... also saw a white R33 with 400R front bar just past the hospital along yamba dr. gave a wave, got one back.....

it was an accident! ie: it wasn't done on purpose..... high and sight is a wonderful thing.....

so who's going to braddon tonight? i am. does anyone wanna meet up at a certain place and time. say parked outside Gregory's Ford at 8.30pm???

spotted me getting a spanking from a zx-6 on the way to work this morning. he was geeing me up for about 2km's, popping mono's and asking the question. i was hoping that he'd fall off if he hit it hard enough!!!! HA! also saw a nice black s13 with chromies and a monster tacho, which i munched after he saw me loose to the bike and tried the same thing!!!! HAHAHA!

hhhmmmm...... i'd love to come along, but there will be a huge police presence and im not sure of the reception we will get from the crowds in braddon (except for the sau crew, biggin' it up at the roundabout!!! :lol: ) we'll see how many ppl decide to tag along......

not going to the nats. its really not worth it. same cars every year..... however, will be going to braddon thursday night, friday night and saturday night. that way you see the cars without having to pay for the over priced tickets! heck last year, braddon was even going off on wednesday night. might be worth a trip out tonight.....
