  1. Far from identical. Completely different.
  2. That is an incredibly messy engine bay.
  3. What instructions could you possibly need for a clutch? I have the same clutch.
  4. ^ That vid is sick! Saw it a couple of weeks ago. The guy is unreal!!! Sole are rubbish. Tektro arent that good either. You cant go wrong with Hayes Nine or Shimano XT or high end Avids. Even the basic shimanos are good. Dirtjerks are the biggest pain in the arse to deal with...and quite expensive too. As much as all bike shop owners hate it...Pro Bike Kit!
  5. I have done the conversion!! Series 2 into R32! Its piss easy! I plugged mine straight in! All you have to do is send both your looms to a guy 'BH_SLO32' on this forum, pay him some money, have it sent back, plug it in and TURN THE KEY!!! Simple as that!!!
  6. I will buy it pending pics. PM Sent!
  7. What? You cant possibly have zero vacuum on idle...the engine wouldnt be running if there was zero! You must have a hole in the hose somewhere, or its unplugged...try getting someone to suck/blow in the hose and you read the guage.
  8. I would test the fuel pressure first. Could be blocked fuel filter, crook fuel reg, dirty injectors, pump is the last thing really. If you do go down the track of a new pump the 040 is the most direct fitting pump for your car, without spending megabucks on a Nismo.
  9. 380kw has been made on stock 33 GTR dumps with 2560 turbos. Im changing back to standard GTR dumps because my stainless HKS split dumps are giving me creep. Also running 2560s. Im also running a HKS Dual Racing Exhaust, its a full twin which never joins. Tuned length dual. By changing from a single 3.7 HKS Super Dragger to this exhaust, boost shot up to 23psi from 17psi with no other changes! Let me say it must flow very well!!! I have R33 GTR Dumps for sale if you need them, the R32 ones are crap. P.S CES have the worst customer service in the world! dont bother with them!
  10. Ronnie Coleman - "LIGHT WEIGHT!!! LIGHT WEIGHT!!!"
  11. Put all the hoses back the way you found them. You probably left one off or connected it the wrong way and you now have a boost leak, which will cause the car to run rich under power, thus surging.
  12. Well considering you would be putting double the fuel in through the injectors, no. You will foul the plugs, wash oil off and glaze the bores. Not good for the motor at all. 400kms is a long way, I bet it will take you 2 tanks as well.
  13. Cmon guys buy Sams stuff! I purchased a few items a while ago, had them sent down no worries...Sam is great to deal with!
  14. Damn its not that hard to keep the socket straight on the plug... Maybe get yourself one of those special spark plug sockets with the rubber insert to prevent cracking of the plug.
  15. Bill, just hack the Z32 up, and fit it to the piping. Cut around the square box, leaving you with the electronics and the sensor sticking out. Drill a large hole in your cooler piping, big enough to fit the sensor into. Get some 2x30 ally plate (or similar), and make a 4-sided box to the size of the electronics box, and have them welded to the pipe. Youll have to contour 2 of the plates to suit the round pipe. Then get some sikaflex, seal it up, and put some screws through the plates and into the afm. Might want to take the lid off to make sure you dont drill into the board inside. Ive been running 22-23 psi through this and no dramas! Illl see if I have a pic at home tonite.
  16. I used to have flames Now I get them only sometimes. That changed with the tune. While cruising no flames or spluttering but just as I open/close the throttle on cruise i have a little bit of spluttering, its only sound though, you cant feel the car jerking or anything. Who tuned it?
  17. I see that half cage as a bit of a waste of time if you ever had a hard side-on accident (slide into barrier etc, quite common, more common than a rollover), that hoop would just crumble inwards, theres not even a horizontal support...would be good if you happened to roll the car though. Can you actually have an ADR full cage with side intrusions?? ie legs from main hoop running down a-pillars and through the dash???
  18. 19. Can you please PM me a price for one (left or right) rear upright including hub, dont need handbrake shoes or anything. Posted to 3168. Cheers.
  20. Wow. Thats a great price for the condition and whats included! Finally someone asking a reasonable amount for wheels!
  21. When upping the boost the air being pumped out of the turbo becomes hotter, as the turbo is working harder, so to counteract this a FMIC is highly recommended. It will also render you more power through cooler intake air temps, although the standard R34 unit is quite good already. You dont need to tune the ECU at all, although more power could be had if you remapped it to suit the new exhaust and more boost. If you dont go above 11psi there will be no boost cut. Also im surprised its not running close to 11psi already, your bigger exhaust should have done this for you.
  22. Have a look under the car to see if the front shaft is in. Find out if the system is bled. If not have it bled properly as per Service Manual. If those dont work then get hold of a GTR Service Manual or Google it up, start the car, and if the 4WD light is lit, stick your head in the boot and look to see what the small LED is doing on the 4WD computer. If the 4WD light on the dash is on, the LED will flash certain sequences to give a number (aka fault/error code), once you know the number cross-check with the manual and thats the problem (basically).
  23. Is the 4WD light on the dash on? Is there any fluid in the reservoir in the boot? Is the front driveshaft in? Did they remove the gearbox from the car during the rebuild? If so did they bleed the system after refitting the gearbox?
  24. What do you mean the front differential is not working?
