Dyno charts don't mean squat. Get a group of cars, at the same dyno, on the same day, then you can compair mods to power. 220 sounds really high for a stock turbo. At 13psi i would expect 180-200rwkw max. There is no rule for max boost on stock turbo, it is basically like playing "Russian roullette". Some turbos can live on 15psi for years without any problem, others will blow on 10psi after a couple of months. Your turbo is more likely to blow at anything over 12psi, but mine lasted for years at 13psi and still was in good condition when i sold it to upgrade to a bigger turbo.

I would have inspected it too... $15,000 for a 32GTR with 34GTR front conversion is not a bad price, depending on the quality and if it is mechanically sound. Either way, it would have been a laugh.

If you live in Perth, contact Ant95GTR and ask if he could give you a copy of his map. Sounds like the tunner has not programmed the wolf properly or has accidentaly turned a feature on that he shouldn't have. The wolf is capable of running "anti-lag", but this is unlikely to be your problem. Have you tried plugging the factory ecu and airflow sensor back in? If you have std injectors there shouldn't be too much of an issue, just as a short test. It just sounds like a bad tune :

Hey Dark, did you buy a set and scan the box for your avatar?

Just spoke to my mechanic, and he has had NO trouble tunning the idle on an RB26. The placement of the vaccum/boost hose on the plenum is critical. He plumbs it into an existing nipple on the bottom of the plenum, as he beleives the MAP is more stable there.

My bad i took ETC as "Electronic Traction Control" . Not too sure about ETC, but you mentioned it yourself, it is limited to the mechanic's/tuner's knowledge and time. OMG, your compairing the V3 . I totally agree, the V3 was best used as a "paper weight", but as stated above the V4 was GREATLY!! improved and the V500 is at least another 2 fold improvement again. R&D, by AEM, has developed the Wolf a loooooong way further. Better catch up with the times and have another look at the Wolf V500 . Especially b4 stating 'blind' comments and opinions.

Do you know anything about the wolf : ?Even the Wolf 3D V4+ had ETC and variable cam-control, differance is you didn't have to pay extra on top of the base price to buy the options. MOTEC has become the ultimate ecu, because for the past 8yrs no-one could compair. But unfortunately, nothing has drastically changed and the competition (ie:wolf, etc) have kept on developing their software and ecu's. It has taken 8yrs but now they MAY be a cheaper alternative and have a very similar functionality. For those ppl that are not trained, the wolf is a very complicated ecu to tune, but if the tunner doesn't seek help then who is to blame? You will find tunners will only push/promote the ecu's they are comfortable with, and everything else (to them) is shit.
