  1. I am feeling a rush of cheap R33's on the market soon, bring on the cheap track cars
  2. I looked at every single one of those pics Some Damn nice cars!!
  3. This coming from a guy who has ice-cream mixed in with his coffee Bring it on Teddy
  4. Do you have insurance?
  5. Don't think a cut n' polish will get those scratches out. Looked like a respray is in order.
  6. That's nothing. If i lost my licence, i would happily pay $3k to get it back, if not more

Saw you drive past the other day , I was in my work ute. You were heading towards Hillside, on Calder Park Drv. By the time i reconised your car it would have been too late to signal you. Nice car by the way
  8. Oh my bad, it sounded like you wanted to separate the back half from the front I didn't bother with the cut out piece. After mounting the board, i got a tube of sicaflex and coated the whole rear, to seal and support the board. Basically i just squeezed the sicaflex all over the back and used a spatular to smooth it out by running it along the two humps.
  9. Don't say i haven't warned you Good luck
  10. Paint will always crack when you roll it.I paid $330 to get all 4 of mine done by the people that do top show cars etc, and paint still cracked. Nothing weak about it Matt . With a $6k paint job, i didn't feel like a 10mm flare and repaint (I did say "AT LEAST 5mm" on a R33 gts-t)
  11. Ooooo................. i hit a nerve Why don't you grab a box of tissues I didn't say you couldn't make 250, as i have had 2 mates come close with that turbo.
  12. Here is my Dyno graph with a before mentioned set-up. Ignore the red line as the graph is a "b4 and after" comparison when i changed my exhaust system. You can see where the cams and porting come into their own: More usable power and torque (better average power and torque) I consider the GTRS as the newer version of the GT2535, as it only makes slightly more power and they stopped producing the GT2535 when the GTRS was released.
  13. Here is what you said: When in fact 250rwkw is about the limit for this turbo; NO "upwards" I just stated "260 is optimistic and any claims more is just BS"
  14. So my first post was right on the money
  15. The ride quality between 19's and 18's are the same, as the tyre profile is the same (ie: 19's just have a bigger rolling diametre)

    2pac Fans?

mrslick: It your username read as "Mrs Lick" or "Mr Slick"?
  17. They don't. Dyno read outs don't mean shit unless you run all the cars on the same dyno, on the same day. I have a HKS GTRS, with extensive head porting and Tomei cams. Boost was set to 18psi, but b4 peak power it dropped down to 16psi and made 268rwkw.
  18. Well he has some cheap but decent rims and other items. It's easy to bag someone, when you know nothing about his business. He has a 100% ebay rating so he "appears" to be a legit trader . I have used the same 19" Lenso Muse rims on my car for the past 5+yrs. These rims have seen numerous track days, motokahana days and drag days and i haven't had ANY issues with them. I noticed he is now selling these same rims for $1000 delivered; damn that's cheap, am actually concidering buying a spare set just incase something happens.
  19. I personally like the style of the last rim. I prefer black over white and black is easier to keep "looking" clean How about this style and colour? I too have a red car and have powder coated rims charcol. Using my mates rims off his XA coupe' (wrong offset)
  20. Do you make the 400R rear bar and pods? If so, how much? How much for fitment, without painting? (ie: You prep the parts and ensure they fit nicely on the car b4 painting)
  21. Has these figures been backed up on another dyno? Did Justin run his car at the SAU - RE Customs Dyno Day, if so what did he get? 260rwkw on a gt2535 is optermistic and claiming anything higher is just BS. Should convince Justin to come to a SAU dyno day 320hp = 246.4kw at the crank @ 1bar drive-line losses is about 30-40kw. Running 17-18psi may give you an extra 30-40rwkw, but remember this is a smallish turbo, thus will not make much more power at higher boost levels above 18psi.
  22. Great pics Greg
  23. Great Crusie, absolutely awesome Well done to Mav and Alan for all their efforts and great planning, thanks. BIG THANKS to Paul, for allowing me to drive his car; was great fun!
