tire-rack, told me they only accept wire transfer from AUS. Just go into your bank and ask to do a wire transfer (tire-rack will give you all the details), it cost me something like $30 to do a wire-transfer at my bank

Thanks for that info will be interesting to compare a 35R to the HKS GT-SS, regarding when full boost is reached. -

waiting to hear back from swift on my current spring. Will most likely just buy to suit the semi, as i should have a set by jan/feb. I ran 10/10 with my previous car on street tyres (RE001R) without an issue, so im sure the AD08 will handle the 8/6 -
RBR will lose mark the championship unless they star to back him! All Bullshit aside, Ferrari is the only team which seems to understand how things work, and how to get your driver to win a championship. Do RBR really think vettel can win the championship? Its not going to happen, back webber or you will lose the driver championship! On a side note, no team orders at RBR means good things for Ferrari which im happy about lol

next race should be interesting.. Massa is always very strong at Interlagos. which should be interesting as he will need to let Alsono win if ferrari have their way. Hoping for 1,2 by ferrari

turbo are sorted don't worry i can't justifed the cost of a single over the gt-ss. However wouldn't mind to hear and feedback from single track gtr, as most of the gtr i have look at run twins (even the big tuning companies in japan) and yeah not keen on E85 untill we get it at the pump and even then, i think i stay with BP98 and thanks for the swaybar testing, and give them a try and see what happens. On a tottaly unrelated note. Took my oldman to have 6 laps in a v8 supercar at the track this morning. He love it and is now very keen to come join me and the track with the GTR, so maybe there is hope for me putting a cage in it -

I have beeing doing abit of thinking about turbos in the past few days, and i just want to throw out some of my ideas and here peoples feedback about it, as i havn't had any chance to go speak to any local boys racing their gtr. its the debat on single v's twins. i'm trying to work out if my goal hp can be achieved with less lag with a single. as mention im looking at 400-500hp (at the engine). For the twin turbo option its the gt-ss (or garrett equ) from all the reading it looks like full boost is between the 4000-4500rpm range. is it possible to get the same power with a single with more responds? I know when it comes down to cost vs gain, the twins will always win out as they are a bolton turbo, compare to a single which will need manifold, dump, lines, intake piping etc I think what is holding me back from the twins, is what i use to driving was a single with great responds and good power (18psi @3200rpm with 350rwhp). I would love to see a HKS 3037 Pro s or similar on a gtr to see what its responds is like, i guess you would be lucky to crack over 400rwhp with something that size but the responds would be very good i think. Edit: At the end of the day i think i will 99.98% go with the gt-ss, as the input i got from the few gtr owners on SAU, seems like they are the best for what i want to use the car, just throwing the idea about the single out their to see what people have achieve, as its always good to know the options. just for an example what would a HKS t04Z in 63T A/R0.61 achieve full boost by? -
no an issue finding one just like to find some info about them
-
can't learn if you don't ask just gt-ss or similar are the go, just interested to know about this turbo seems pretty BIG 500-600HP rating i think and from what i found on the uk-gtr fourm it seems like apexi build them to give good responds and mid-range. Could only find one car running it and it was making full boost by 4,000rpm but no dyno read out. 500-600hp turbo making full boost by 4,000rpm seems pretty good (seeing as i was getting full boost at 4,000rpm with only 350hp in my rb25)

Hi Does anyone have any info of the following Apexi Single Turbo "AX75F82 P25" Just looking for info like when does it reach full boost? what the turbo is rated at etc cheers

On i more important note: with whiteline adjustable swaybars, which setting is the softest? is it the adjustment closest to the bar or the one is further away? So what is a good base setup for the sway bars? Middle F and R? -

not so correct... i took people advice on the engine and leaving cams stock and just getting a set of cams gear before i get it tune. spring rate i plan to use 10/10 but have since change to and will be getting 6,7,8 and playing around with them. rims size and offset i have listen to what djr said regarding what fit and doesn't fit and have bought rim to suit the semi (when i get the cash for a set) Turbo took people advice regarding turbos and are looking for gt-ss or garrett similar (whatever is cheaper at the time i have the money to buy) Suspension arms etc took people advice and going to start stock and then get some track time and then buy only what i need to improve the car time (rather than buying out I.K) I'm trying to understand why people don't think i listen to people i have change alot of the plans due to people advice. Also as i mention don't know why i need to pay a suspension place, to get me my springs for my coilovers. I know most places in perth won't have much experiences with the brand. and i have the spec for the springs just need correct spring rates to be order (why pay for a market up on the springs when i can order direct from the company and save some cash?) -

At the end of the day it is my track car... i can do what i like regarding parts and how i build it. Just because you or someone else suggest something doesn't make it the right or correct way, there is more than one way to achieve a goal. Quantum Racing Suspension recommened using Swift springs with their coilovers, i know the lenth of the spring and what size OD will fit so know i just have to pick a spring rate its not rocket sciense and im pretty sure i can do that. and regarding the tyres, i have a limited budget... my current tyres are shocking and need to be replace i couldn't afford to buy both semi and new tyres for the gtr. And as i mention the car is street driven by my old man so the priority was street tyres. I ask for advice to get a good overall view on the matter, then make my choice from there... i'm not here to get rant or lecture from other members about why they think im doing things wrong, i ask for help on matters to help me understand the "issues" better -

fair enough 17inch rims with Advan AD08 255/40/R17 Spring rate not 100% sure need to double check and try to cal the spring rate or get off my ass and order some 8/6 springs (or was it 8/7 cant remember now....) Reason i ask because when i got my tein RS it came with the instruction and tein had what they stated as the best ride height for the coilovers and gts-t
