  1. Kym - have you tried 'femfresh'? There is an easy to use spray to help keep your giney fresh and sand-free all day long.
  2. Please use the search facility. This is a common topic. Thread closed.
  3. There is a UHF channel assigned on the map.... some people bring CB's... but its not going to make a difference if you dont have it. Noise - the cruise isnt going to be a race... its all single lane roads anyway. We dont want people on the cruise driving like dickheads and causing accidents. Just come along and enjoy a long drive on some nice roads. Everyone - remember to pack some sunscreen and a hat, it will be HOT. Also dont forget to check your radiator levels Dont want any over heatings!
  4. I'm not too sure as I am not in that team. I 'think' around 38-40K, but they never tell you the salary anyway in job ad's you have to ask that in the interview.
  5. Hey Everyone Last weekend's round of the MC Competition held at AHG will be on a program called 'Raceline' tonight! Channel 31 at 7pm You will see a few SAUWA members on there including Chris (R34) in his v35 Skyline, Gavin (GWP021) in his R33 and Jed (Dash) in his R32 GTR. There will hopefully be some good shots of Chris in one of the many powerslides he put the V35 through! Cheers, Liz
  6. There are still positions available
  7. Hard drive/hard disk sama sama. Basically the physical storage space on the computer. The disk you are talking about is called a floppy disk (even though its physically hard)... in the "old days" a floppy disk really was floppy which is where it gets its name The motherboard is the board with the CPU "brain" and things like CD-ROM etc plugged into it.
  8. I think I was kidding too
  9. Bring whatever car you like down! Everyone is welcome Ant - yes there are BBQ and picnic facilities - Lilac Hill Picnic Spot (GG1) (D20) West Swan Road Guildford WA 6055 Well known for its annual International Cricket Match, Lilac Hill also has a lovely riverside area with picnic shelters, playground and free electrical barbeques. Pulp - PM sent - we only have limited sizes available, I still have to go through them and work out how many of what size we have. After the cruise we will be posting the shirts up for sale cataloged by size.
  10. What's a TB?

  14. Read two posts up and the starting thread Flash...
  15. Mikey - why waste money on a ticket to an event where you dont like the music just because everyone else is going? Not everyone in Perth prefers DnB over NRG and vice versa. Just because the majority of SAUWA people on the forums are going to Diz'play, doesnt mean you have to follow them. Go to the event YOU want to go to because YOU like the music! Both events will be packed regardless ..
  16. ooooer Pendulum!!! I would love to see them!! Dan has one of their CD's in his car... listened to it all long weekend (I drove down to dunsborough in his car )

  21. enough is enough... yes all you're comments were highly amusing... big points go to PhatR32 and Driver... but I have deleted them to keep the thread semi on topic
  22. Phatr32 - yep they insure imports with most mods as well. I think you get discount if you are an employee of a company within the group - ie Bunnings, Kleenheat etc
  23. I didnt even know you were married with kids Brett!!!
  24. The police report will be enough to find you not at fault and then I am pretty sure you wont lose your no claim bonus. If they find the person who was driving then you will get your excess back because the insurance company will chase the other driver up for the money. Paying $1100 excess will be cheaper than fixing it and you may not even have to pay anything at all. Jason - maybe you can shed more light on this? Have you rung the insurance company to see what their policy is on this sort of situation? You can ring and ask without making a claim. Glad you're ok though
  25. STAY ON TOPIC OR THIS THREAD WILL BE CLOSED
