I've had this happen to me before when I got the car detailed. They sprayed in the engine bay and got water in the plugs. It was a fun drive home ... after a few days of driving it was back to normal though. If I get the car detailed now, I specifically say to leave the engine bay alone.

That's a really intelligent comment ... because of that black r32 and other dickheads who need to prove something by 'carving up' the car park - the owners came down and took down plates. Doesn't look very good for this club OR Anti-lag.

Chris - there was some mountain bike thing on, I think the ambo went to people from that. The original question was - is it illegal to have LED lights on the spoiler. If they ring the department they can still tell them the rules, regardless of state or federal - WA still has national standards to comply with. It would be alot more definitive than asking people on the forums. Another one to try http://www.dotars.gov.au/

Why dont you look on www.dpi.wa.gov.au - I am sure there will be something about it there, or even ring them and ask? Then at least you get the right answer from the right people.

Holden bring these out stock on the SS commo's spoiler. My series 1.5 also has the led lights in the stock spoiler. I think there is a compliance law that says you have to have a brake light at eye level (in the spoiler or those ones in the back window).

You said you already took it to an auto sparky - why didnt you get a price off him? Or why don't you ring up some auto electricians/Nissan/Hyperdrive etc and get some quotes. Doing this yourself would be alot quicker than waiting on the forums for someone to answer you.

Are you serious? I live in the hills and have driven those types of roads for years on stock suspension and its alot more smoother ride than with the aftermarket kit I have now. I even did MC on stock suspension for a year.... cornering is no problem, if you dont mind a bit of body roll on the car
