I have a just jap kit. Mechanic said it was the worst he'd seen mostly because looks like that particular one was not packed correctly and with a call to the Just Jap guys it wasn't and they were really good about it. No brackets, wrong bolts, couple of wrong size joiners and shite clamps. Took my mechanic 7 hours to make new brackets, move everything and fit it up without cutting the front bar (400R) or the fan only the hole for the pipe and a little out of the airbox snorkal so I'll probably get something a bit different made up. Replaced all the clamps and some joiners. The fit is great, the hole for the pipe looks like it's supposed to be there.

Manual boost controler not a bleed valve. They are cheaper and better.

pretty quiet actually it's not the single straight through it's a twin 2.5" splitting off at the cat. It's had a bit of a scrapping though, wonder who can/how you go about titanium repair. Not that anyone would notice and there are no exhaust leaks.

My Fujitsubo titanium cat back is a blueish colour and weighs bugger all. Extremely light compared to the stock system that's for sure.

Put it under your own name, it will make little difference to the cost and you will build hopefully a good insurance history lowering your premiums over time. Technically they don't have to pay out as you would be driving illegaly but they most likely will.
