  1. I have a set of 5-112 pattern wheels. 18X9 New never had tyre fitted, $1000. Very nice rims made in Italy. Can arrange pics if your interested.
  2. Thanks for putting them on the IPRA Forum, theres some very good work there. The Wade and Cherry shot should be in race magazine.
  3. No Problem, Sorry
  4. He won Race 3 by the length of the straight.
  5. Tim at sik em wrex gets so much Perth work because he is very good, People don't drive that far for nothing. Highly recommended.
  6. All the Info you need is on the Nistune website.
  7. Nistune is real time tuning, Old daughter board is what you are thinking about.
  8. I have personally Tuned a 650HP Skyline on one and the ECU was not the limit.
  9. Sure was, Thats why the dealer was contacted.
  10. State distributor set it up but tune was poor. The owner rang The dealer about this issue and was told thats just how they are when set on Nissan trigger, Seems to think its fine like that. If you change trigger edge to rising its perfect but it always changes back when the car is turned off. Nistune must be the best street option anyway.
  11. I lock Racecars by agreement with the Owner but never Streetcars. Restricted Race engines have taken very much time to develop tunes so I only tune them if the owner agrees I own the setup. Normal Racecars don't bother me as much.
  12. I just tried to tune an R32 GTR with Plug in waste spark Vipec but refused when I tried to set base timing and found on Nissan trigger setup it triggers on the wrong edge giving different timing for all cylinders due to the Cas window sizing, Changed the trigger edge and all was sweet till i found they reset to the same edge when turned off. Owner asked the Vipec people about this and the said thats just how it is, No thanks. Don't know if later versions are sorted but id only use one with an Autronic Trigger disc. Put a timing light on your cars and see if you get a double trigger.
  13. Not sure but they have done my stuff for decades.
  14. http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#...hp?id=635819377 Rick mcdowell http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=91247523647&ref=nf IPRAWA
  15. Perth brake parts.
  16. I don't think you will find a better aftermarket ECU. If your Tuner is good you wont have any problems.
  17. Anyone here done this conversion? Any problems or Tips? Thanks. Can't find the info I need. Do I need to fit GTR retainers so I can shim the head? Hi octane can't give me the info I need.
  18. No AFM means there is some aftermarket ECU. A few brands fit in stock housings but there should be a MAP sensor hose into the stock housing if its Autronic.
  19. NA cars gain but Not Turbo cars until you are chasing massive power. This car is a lap record holder and runs a 55mm throttlebody. IP cars are restricted requiring massive low rev boost so throttle control is vital. http://www.barnettmotorsport.com.au/index.htm
  20. Autronic CDI is a Waste spark system with many problems, 2 Capacitors to fire 6 coils. Go for a PFC or Z32 Nistune and Splitfire coils, Proven efficient setups.
  21. We use the Stock Throttlebody On the RB25 Powered 180SX Sportsedan I work on and never had trouble making 600+rwhp. All you get from a large throttlebody is poor throttle control, I did a Power run on another Skyline Racecar with 90mm Throttlebody, at 20% throttle the car made 440rwhp, This car was very hard to drive on the track so we went back to Stock 25 Throttlebody, No powerloss at all but Lap times were faster and more consistent.
  22. I agree with the Powerplus, We tried a few different brands with our Race cars and non came close to Powerplus in both IP and Sportsedans Kingscorps IPRA S14A racecar in round 1 at Wanneroo this season had number 3 Cylinder liner sink letting the gasket blow with massive water loss and over heating the result, The problem was there from qualifying but we needed the points so we decided to go for it and get what points he could, He had old tyres from last year and still won the meeting and set the lap record. After stripping the engine every part was still in good condition and is now in a fresh block, Im sure the fuel saved the engine.
  23. Wolf ECU, Bigger cooler kit and Apexi exhaust with stock dumps, Nismo clutch. Tyres were just compliance crap so 60ft was poor. Has Nistune ECU with stock AFM's now and as Nistune has Knock control I cranked it much harder and all has been well for the last 2 years.
