as the short shifter reduces the travel between gears, it definately increases synchro wear, as you are shortening the selection, the synchros have less time to work, and more wear occurs.

well mine came in the c's box and the warranty card and i bought it well before the cheap replicas became popular Yes u can get them for 34's, the price varys as c's have stopped making short shift kits ages ago as they are bankrupt. Yes they do **** your gearbox over time, but its worth it

well if you have an aftermarket steering wheel and its coming on, its almost definately that your sensor isnt lined up properly, however their is always that % of doubt that your HICAS is actually ****ed. HICAS = High Capacity Actively Controlled Suspension, a fancy way to say 4 wheel steering high-performance system which steers the rear wheels in either phase (same direction) or counterphase (opposite direction) as needed (to a maximum of one degree) to enhance steering response and cornering power of the rear tires If you dont have an aftermarket steering wheel and your light is coming on, get it checked out, and fixed if you need the 1 degree turning power in the rear wheels lol

nope, not at all, it reduces the throw, i.e the distance between 2nd and 3rd etc. If you take your stock shifter and put it next to your c's youll notice their exactly the same size however the angled bit at the bottom is angled more thus reducing the time it takes to enter each gear, A short shifter is a must for everyone, every other gearbox feels no way near as solid as a gearbox with a short shifter when shifting gears.

Aftermarket steering wheel Fitted mine last night, thought hte yellow round thing with the H on it was for the horn lol so i removed it,,, its actually the HICAS sensor...it has to be the right way up, the sensor needs to be adjusted try taking the wheel off and adjusting it. Ill fix mine later... The light comes on after about 10 20 minutes driving

Idiots, they have no care for the public, and the rep they are givin us p platers. the other night i had 2 fords packed with muzzas next to me on a bridge over the freeway, they start revvin it lookin at me...im trying not to laugh...both cars hammer it thinking the second light will turn to green....they misjudged it by 2 seconds...they both went through a red light. AND VL turbo turned the corner (left), me turning right waiting for oncoming traffic to pass, he was staring at my car, floored it around the corner still looking at me...didnt realise a magna was stationery tunring right in his lane, i heard him screech and then BANG, glass shattered from his car landed on my car, i put my hazards on and brushed the glass off, then checked if he was ok. we obvously always attract unwanted attention from idiots. i try to ignore them, especially when they tail gate me
