Im after a r34 GT 5speed gearbox(rb25de). Hoping it being a newer gearbox it'll be better than the average r31 gearbox i use. Located in melbourne. Anyone got one?

I would of gone with 9.1:1 CR but went for 8.5 mahle pistons insted mainly due to budget. Have to look after the ol' bank account

lads, got no indicators but yet the hazzards work properly. All fusses ok, checked wiring under the dash and steering coloum plastic trim, no idea. Could it be the stalk?

In Vic modding the reo bar is illegal, best to check with your local transport authority. I say give the reo abit of a trim, who's going to see it when the bumpers on anyway? Just out of interest, how does the cooler core mount up to the shell?

well it runs, also ran before xmas haha. currently running with rb25 ecu, rb25 inj and Afm just to sort out bugs, check for leaks etc. drove it with no exh and shithouse wheel alignment, rb30 torque is good. Tomorrow it gets the dump pipe mated back upto the rest of the system, piss the cat off, also get rid of the cannon in favour for straight 3" tip. wanted to go to a 3.5" system with a single hotdog, bank account says no Wheel align friday, then wait till the xmas/new years police blitz calms down and take it out to put some km's on the motor. Still some more things needed, like anotther boost gauge as the current one hasnt got a big enough psi reading on it

sorry no pic, keep forgetting my camera when I go work on the car. its located directly below the boot latch on the shell, under the boot trims (if you have em) Chris said you recently got a ceff for wrecking but wasnt sure if you were wrecking it out fully, he knows the relay im after, maybe he can explain it better than I.

Lads, after one of these, it sits below the boot latch, black in colour and it 2x1 inch in size. Anyone wrecking out a ceff or have a busted shell? Post it to me please, will pay for post aswell. Cheers,

Lads, Ive discovered a problem with my cefiro's taillights and Am hoping some one can look in their boot for me, or alternately knows if the R32 has this certain relay. Its black, 1 inch x 2 inchs in size and is located below the boot latch on the chassis. Im hoping r32 has this setup, s13's dont and cefiro parts are hardish to get at the best of times. Cheers,

nah its deffinately for the taillights, pulled it out, no taillights but everything else works. Did a test on it, suspected to be faulty. Confirmed its shithouse when I plugged it into 'kriss" ceff today. Have officially found the problem with my taillights Oh, and S13's dont have that relay

Lads, relay for the taillight, located roughly under the boot latch. Its roughly 1 x 2 inchs in size and black. Any other cars relay compatable with the ceffys one?

I was under the impression that the ceff/lozza had the same turbo as the Redtop R31, reasoning why it spooled up sp early. I have a redtop turbo somewhere, will hunt it down and post results.

not a interesting update, no pics. Done a heap of stuff, to-do list is getting smaller. Got a battery from a toyota kluger, is f**king huge! Its not new either, but its in good nick. Will take the camera with me tomorrow and get a few snaps. Should be running by xmas, then hopefully can get a tune in late january.

looks completely different to my rhc7, your one seems to have a garrett/khs rear on it? Mines T4 flange with some sort of weird V band rear. From what I understand its a touch bigger than a holset hx35, CEFF1E on here has a hx35 on a stock bottom, stock cams rb30DET, 325rwkw, 19 psi, full boost at roughly 3500rpm's. So theres a possible comparison. I havent ran my Ihi on the rb30det yet, car isnt finished. got the cooler piping welded up today, cost: a box of carlton dry. Also just finishing of a custom autometer temp sendor mount for the top radiator hose, dodgey looking but it will work without destroying my orig omori temp sendor mount

Just scored a power cable, earth cable. battery clamp, and some heater hose for the battery relocation off the old man, score! All I need now is a battery, hopefully the bro can do some dodgeys through work and get me a brand newie this week. Also cleaned fuel rail again, and fitted some cleaned stock injectors.
