  1. Why did he remove the squirters?
  2. Sounds like an issue with the evc
  3. Clean engine bays keeps ur tuner happy too
  4. May need 44mm gate depending on manifold design.
  5. Have u tested the fuel pump wire at the ecu connector? Swap the ecu's an see if the fuel pump works
  6. Put stock coilpacks back in cylinders 2 and 6 to see if it fixes the issue. If it does its faulty coilpacks
  7. I agree, but thread dig??
  8. All the same once i have a play
  9. Yes i have the software but havent tuned one yet
  10. What Jase said^^^ If u havent already, disconnect vtc and go for a drive to compare to ur old comp cover
  11. What ecu?
  12. Jase has the car been tuned on both cams or only one? And if 1 which 1? Maybe bring it up one day and i'll spend an hour on it too see if the ignition timing is tuned correctly by the last tuner
  13. Do a compression test. The running rough is the worrying part, check the spark plugs. But be warned it doesnt sound good. May possibly have melted the side of a piston
  14. Hahaha good answer ^^^
  15. What ecu? Does the car start when the fuel pump is hard wired?
  16. Anything can be done. Just cant be gaurenteed its safe
  17. Have u tested fuses yet?
  18. Thats what ur testing for. If it starts with some wd40 or start ya bastard than we know the CAS and ecu ignition system is working fine. Then u need to test for the fuel side of things, fuel and fuel pressure at the rail, if not chase back to pump If theres fuel and pressure at the rail then check injector pulse.
  19. Depends if u are going to run the same boost as what was previously tuned on.
  20. Here is the instructions from AEM on installing the trigger disc which clearly states the pin has to ne removed. If u do have a better way to remove it i would love to know as it was a pain in the butt. http://forum.aempower.com/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=27213.0;attach=6716 I dont feel the sensor is broken and i will know once the new trigger disc arrives.
  21. All boost control should be done via a pressure source only, boost controllers can create a vacuum leak when connected to the plenum or inlet manifold
  22. Agreed on Adaptronic, my main ecu i recommend to people. Best product support ever.
  23. MBS where do people find these rules on owner certifiable?
  24. Start by checking all fuses
