I havent had any problems with cops in VP. guess it depends which end youre coming from. ten ten is pretty darn good. it's not as cheap as spencer village, but maybe a little better. photos? of my kankle? the swellling has almost gone down now - just some wikkid black bruises there now. like I said - park in east parade at the choo choo stayshun. its free and (relatively) secure. just make sure its the east parade (non-building) side else you'll get a tikkit.
