  1. Hey Guys, I bought my 2001 M35 ARX a few months back, and Im getting sick of the intergrated stock head unit setup and have a JVC single DIN headunit begging to be installed. I will probably get a double DIN facia and install it soon - but what to do with the second DIN slot? Well I was thinking I could get the RS model triple DIN gauge cluster and install that, but am wondering if anyone else has done it before? I'm not scared of the wiring, but I am also not sure how the thing works. Digital data feeds via ODB/Consult or does it have a bunch of sensors on the motor that feed analog signals back to it? I tried a search but mostly just came up with questions about removal lol. Any input is appreciated. Cheers, Hayden

Ive put maybe 1500km since purchasing it and have spent the majority of the time Ive owned it working on it, rather than enjoying it - Regardless, common sense must previal so its gotta go... Compression tests welcome. - All electrics work great, it was professionally wired for the mods and still uses the factory ECU alongside the microtech for idle duties, so starts & drives like a factory car. - 5 months rego still on it, attracts VERY little attention as its fairly sleeper from the outside. - JUST had a full service with new plugs, Penrite HPR Oil, Fresh Coolant & Brand new Apexi air filter. - It will also come with a GSR Service Manual and it also has all original owners manuals AND a full service history. BAD POINTS: - The body is in OK condition, has the usual pin dents you would expect from a 17yo car. It could use a re-spray, it has some clear coat peeling on the rear passenger quarter and the roof, but the base coat is still intact. Could maybe be salvaged somewhat with a good polish. - Front bar is in very average condition, its got scratches but this never bothered me as I was going to replace it with an EVO 3 one anyway.   5. Know this car well, driven in it many times, driven it many times and I can vouch for how meticulous it is. If I had any desire to own an R32 GTR it would never have gone up for sale in the first place. Buyer will NOT be dissapointed! Sad to see it go Luke...

  7. Its a t28 style flange mate. Came off an SR20. Boards are not fitted yet, will only fit upon sale as I might end up using it for something different. They are all proper legit nistune boards I had this exact combo running my HR31 which had an RB25DET NEO engine. I could arrange pics, but wont be able to until I am back from holidays on the 24th of May - I was hoping to sell some of these before I went but now will not have time so If you are keen I can arrange for more info/pics for you once I am back in Perth on the 24th.   8. At a guess, I would say this "Kon" fella was looking to buy the calipers from racer98 and resell for profit, and just lied about have an r35 he is wrecking, obviously used the story racer98 sent him on ebay. Kinda dumb. The other possibility is he is just a ripoff merchant and should be shot.
  9. Have a bunch of stuff I have slowly accumulated lying around that I want to offload: 1. Custom Alloy plenum to suit RB25DET engines. Has bell mouths inside & would be around 3-4litres in volume at a guess. Retains all of the factory injection setup & cooling system. Plenum section is polished (few scratches now) and runners are painted silver. Bought like this and never used, $400. 2. 1000km old GT2876R turbo, .86 A/R rear housing with custom adapted actuator. Polished .70 A/R front housing with 4inch intake. Designed to bolt onto an SR20 in low mount stock position. $1100 will throw in stainless dump to suit for this price smile.gif 3. I have 3 ECU's sitting at home (1 x RB20, 1 x Redtop S13 SR20, 1 x Blacktop Type x S13 SR20) and 2 nistune daughter boards to suit (can get a third easily enough) which are not currently installed, I was going to hang onto them for future projects but may sell if there is interest enough in them. I am happy to fit the Daughterboards to the ECU's and provide running with a stock map on them, can adjust to compensate for injectors or AFM changes but would need a tune if you had any more mods than that. Not sure what they go for from tuners but would be looking at $400 each with the boards fitted. **WONT be have time to fit boards to ecus until after my trip to Sydney, returning on the 24th of May. Basically I bought the car about 1.2yrs ago, completely stocko. All the mods were done while I owned it, and many thousands were spent modding it. The engine was bought from another member on the r31skylineclub.com forum, and has performed flawlessly since i have owned it. The engine setup its running is fairly unique, so I will try to explain best I can on here: Its an RB25DET neo Engine, running the aforementioned turbocharger, with an R33 GTST (deletes TCS) inlet manifold + matching loom, and running the show is a Nistune Equipped R32 GTST Ecu. I wanted to build a car that did not look heavily modified from the outside, and drove & behaved as close to a stock rb-powered skyline as possible. This is why I went to such lengths to collect all these parts to produce this package. The wiring loom was professionally modified so it would simply Plug into the HR31 body plugs, and ALL ELECTRICS work! VCT is fully operational, and is controlled by a custom RPM window switch I had made in the USA, switches VCT on at 1500 RPM and off at 4700RPM. The body is in fairly good condition for its age, has 2 small dents and paint is showing its age a little. Interior is in good condition also. Has a pioneer MP3 head unit with pioneer splits in the front and kenwood 6x9s in the rear parcel shelf. I bought the car with 107XXX Kilometers on it, and all mods except the exhaust were done in the last 5000 k's. She produced a healthy 305rwhp on 13psi on its initial tune, its heading back to the Dyno in Monday the 15th of Feb for a final tune. hoping for over 320rwhp, Can provide documents. I ran it down the strip once when I first got it, back with the old NICS RB20 and managed a PB of 14.5. Hasn't been back (or anywhere really) with the new setup. Engine has just been fully serviced with Penrite 15w50 Semi-synth, new filters, new coolant & new plugs. Its been done 3 times since I have had the new engine in. Currently has a ECUTalk consult display installed, latest version, will only part with this for an extra $250. Think thats everything, please feel free to CALL for more info.
