  1. i always thought that the timing belt was done every 100,000km?
  2. i'd get this http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/11436 has already had big $$$ spent on it and looks pretty clean, only problem with these is sometimes they are full of bad surprises, but since its so cheap you can afford to take the risk.
  3. they usually don't come as part of the kit but u can usually get them as an extra. you should make it a habit to check the oil level every so often when filling up. i usually check the oil and tyres once every two weeks or so.
  4. water temp and oil temps are related so if ones fine the other should be okay, those temps seems normal i wouldn't worry unless it goes above 125ish. also the temps should be lower if anything on the highway due to more airflow and less revving. if you don't do alot of hard driving or trackdays i wouldn't worry about an oil cooler.
  5. just make sure you get a thermostat otherwise it will takes ages to get the engine up to operating temp and/or make the temps to low thus creating wear.

  7. i would look for a car that has had heaps of $$$ spent on it already, be it a r32, r33 or even s13
  8. the GTR is made to be as fast as it can be so if Nissan think that a DSG box will make it go faster then ill believe them. the weight is a little concerning but the times speak for themselves..... i think alot of the haters are just afraid of change.
  9. i have eagle F1's on at the moment, best tyre i have used looking at falken 452's for my next set cause they are a fair bit cheaper.
  10. what type is this? is it for side mount seats? as in full buckets?
  11. how many hours of work will be involved?

  20. what about the ones on the top of the rocker covers where can i get those? and also im thinking about relocating my fuel filter to the strut tower wheres the cheapest place to buy fuel hose from?
  21. i dunno guys i don't think its a good idea to go on a cruise where everyone (meaning cops) knows the time and place. better to meet somewhere and then organize the destination.
  22. ^^ thats correct you will also need to cable tie/clamp the pump to the bracket.
  23. RB20 FOR LIFE! seriously I've been running 14psi on the stock turbo without an fmic for 1 year(20,000kms), bashing the limiter on a daily basis and it keeps on coming back for more. hell i have seen rb20s (block and head) go for $100 on ebay in running condition. rb20 lag is overrated aslong as you can change gears you won't have a problem i have had a few rb20 haters come for a drive in my clapped out 32 and afterwards they all agree that rb20 arent as bad as people make them out to be. meh i guess the "rb20 hate" can be a good thing, more parts for me!
