  1. yep, only 19s have the deeper dish, go back to page 1 and have a look at the few photos I posted. CRACKR, silver 33, 19's, thats the only size where you get the dish before th spokes start and then some bowing in on the spokes aswell....compare it to the 18's above on the 34 and you'll notice it pretty easily!
  2. damn, sounds like its whatsn holding me back, but removing the front bar is something I really can't be arsed doing. I'm just trying to get the lights out so it makes changing the bulbs easier, I want to go the bright white/bluish bulbs, which the main headlight can be done easily, but the parker is another story and I don't want to leave it as then the dull yellowish brown tinge as it looks poxy with the bright headlights......sigh. Bar off time!
  3. oh really, I can get the headlight very loose and to pretty much fully come out except for something holding it in around the corner light area at the back, and I haven't needed to remove the front bar, only the grille. Unless the extra thing holding the light in at the corner is behind the front bar....which it doesn't seem like it could be!?!?!
  4. Ok, this might seem like a silly topic and I might be really stupid not being able to work this out, but I thought I'd chuck the question out there and see if I can get a quick and simple answer. Trying to take my headlights out, I manage to get all the way to having them loose all round, but they seem to get stuck where the parker/quarter light is in the cfront corner of the guard. I know about the bolt ontop of the radiator support, the 2 that go through the support, remove the grille, but then stuck. Do these pop out with a bit of force by pulling forwards or diagonally like with S14's, or is there another hidden bolt or nut down in the guard or somewhere I can't find? Thanks for anyones help. Michael
  5. Rays of some kind, kinda look like RE30's but one extra set of spokes!
  6. wanna give us a picture to explain what you mean?
  7. turk1 - black Skyline17 - I'm pretty sure they are SSR's, but Work Meister S1 2piece, same diff pretty much if you are looking for some! I considered these in 19in for my 33....but went the bronze Volk route instead. nsta - there is an LM in the for sale section on white LMGT1's I think if you want to see how it looked! CRACKR's old 34 is pure horn
  8. I agree with ali-turko and DNGRUS, dark or white cars with bronze/black rims look awesome, very tough street/track racer look, white wheels, although very nice on dark cars, are a little more boy racer in my opinion. Mr Kirisaki, how can you say white/chrome rim wheels look odd.....don't think so! bad angle but you get the idea
  9. yeah sold mine.....haven't seen any bronze 18s on here, 19s being sold by YC89 though!
  10. mine were for sale, a guy in Melbourne has some on here for sale, white 18x9.5, GTTR is his username I think.
  11. I've seen a Black 32 GTR on white/chrome lip Meister S1's, looked awesome....my GTR is basically black in darker light and had the white TE37s and looked great, bit small.....but an absolute pain to maintain, I wouldn't recommend it purely from a cleaning point of view, but it does look great with the right wheel and size!
  12. yep, thats the thread I went through, all 30 odd pages to help my choice on both wheel style and colour, and that silver 33 you speak of helped me out massively.....and he has the right stance in my opinion, may have sacrificed a little handling, but it looks extremely tuff sitting just right on the CE28s....not sure on the centre caps though....I rather them without any!!!
  13. Well I don't use the car to go round corners overly fast, I'm more of a straight line guy, but yes I hear what you are saying.....but I'm talking maybe 1-1.5cm up front and maybe a tiny bit more down the back, just to have the guard sit a little closer to the tyre, maybe a looks thing, but I don't forsee me doing many mountain runs where its going to have a major impact!
  14. Hopefully I'll get mine wound down abit over the weekend and then I'll chcuk up some more pics with the stance right!
  15. ok, well here is a pic I took yesterday arvo, not really one I want to post because the car is filthy, the wheels are filthy and I want to lower it more, by quite a few turns on the coilovers to get the stance just right.....but just to give you an idea. CE28N 19x10.5 +22 265/30/19 Federal SS-595 TE37 18x9.5 +12 275/35/18 Falken - could've been lower for a tougher look, but 18s are bit small in my opinion on a 33 TE37 19x? +? - just to show you how a 19in looks with what I call the right height, whereby the front has a little clearance from guard to tyre but the rear sits nicely just on top of the tyre.....which is the whole reason I went with 265s not any wider.
  16. I'm not really the right person to be asking about offsets, I made a thread in here to ask about them myself! I'll try and get some pics taken this weekend, would prefer to wind the coilovers down a little beforehand to get the stance right, so we'll see how I go.
  17. morning bump, back up to the top, had a few offers, but looking for a little more cash.
  18. I had 18x9.5 +12 TE37's on my R33 GTR and they fit pretty well, filled out the guards nicely, but with a 275/35/18 I got some minor scrubbing on full lock so I'd go a slightly thinner tyre...mine are currently for sale if you are interested I now have 19x10.5 +22 CE28's and they fill the guard out just as well, I wanted the fatness and that tough dished look of the 10.5 but didn't want the scrubbing so I went with a 265/30/19 for a bit of a stretched look and they don't touch anywhere, ever now!
  19. hmmmm, considering I just put a set of 19x10.5 bronze CE28's on the car, I'd have to say an identical set in 18's wouldn't be much use to me.....sorry!
  20. Thats what it says got any pics? what would you be looking at to sell them straight up....just to get an idea of the cash adjustment?
  21. Should also mention they come with lightweight, black wheel nuts, set of 16, and a set of 4 lightweight black lock nuts aswell included. Thanks Michael
  22. Item: Rays Engineering Volk Racing TE37 18x9.5 +12 offset and Falken 275/35/18 tyres with great tread left(approx 75%) Age: ? Car was imported with them on 2 years ago Condition: A few tiny little marks on the outside edge, no serious gutter rash, more like a few little chips, the stickers are a little worn as you can see in the 2nd pic on the Volk sticker, but overall in pretty decent nick, a few touch ups and new stickers would see them in top nick!
