  1. sorry for my ignorance - UAS?
  2. its only for RB20 RB25's and custom shiny laser cut ones, I'm just after a stock R34 one......Nissan is probably going to be my best bet, unless anyone else knows?
  3. where'd you get the fronts from? I wouldn't mind a set for my GTR.
  4. I'd also be interested in the part number to order one, even just a standard 34 one.....or anyone know where you can pick them up from apart from Nissan?
  5. I agree, why drive there when you can get them sent up for $80 Superior, Ha, now thats funny.....used them a few years ago when that moron Kel owned it and swore I'd never return after shocking service and after being told I'd be getting 6 months interest free on my AGC purchase, they never ticked an interest free box and I was charged interest from day one....they never bothered to rectify the issue after many, many phone cals and visits! Then I went back early this year after I was told they were new owners, got ripped again, was supposed to get Hankooks on my 22s and they gave me Nangkangs, then tried to tell me that I got the better tyre in the Nangkangs, and wouldn't swap them over because I'd driven home on them.....I'd be staying away from Superior at Aspley.....very bad service, and kinda rude!
  6. I can see why....a good detail and some very minor touch-ups once they are off and they should come up nice, probably sell them to get some money back on the 19s, be great road or track wheels for someone! Got the new wheels on Friday, and I reckon the bronze will look great with the purple and be alot easier to keep clean, they'll never look dirty....unfortunately the tyres I want are a 4-5week wait which I don't think I can cope with, so I might settle for a 265 rather than the 275, slight stretched look which will be fine.....undecided yet!
  7. NICE! Height might have a slight difference, yours to mine, that may have an impact on rubbing.....but its only a very, very light rub on full lock....nothing harsh!
  8. they are 275/35/18 on it now, all round, only minor rubbing on full lock, doing a uturn at a decent speed.
  9. sorry, I never mentioned 18s, the newies will be 19x10.5 +22 with 275/30/19 Any pics of yours Ferni, and Ants? Just to see how 10.5's look, also I really like the RE30's would have gotten them if they were available in 19s!
  10. it is an upgrade, lighter wheel, same brand, bit bigger, bit wider....always been a fan of what I'm getting, the colour is darker so less cleaning hassles. The TE37s are awesome wheels and the white does look great, but for a semi-daily driver it blows keeping them clean, and I'm sure Noy will agree with that! Dunno what to do with them yet, they need a bit of a touch up here and there, but nothing major! New ones should arrive next week, I went with the 10.5+22 so we'll see how it goes!
  11. its not a weekly thing, maybe monthly, all dependant on the cops organisation of it.
  12. send 06tst a message, his brother has and he makes some pretty good power from it with a fairly basic and simple setup!
  13. hmmm might settle with the 9.5 +12 as I know they fit with the 18s on the car now.....just that its going to be an 8 week wait....can get 10.5 +22's now, but I'm being told they won't fit by a few different people.
  14. Actually, he is on here, might give him a PM. Thanks for reminding me Jamie, getting ready to upgrade from the TE37's I think.....just getting all my facts straight before I outlay many thousands on some quality wheels!
  15. Basic, simple question to anyone running 10.5in wide rims on their R33 GTR's. what offset do you have and are you satisfied with how they fit, sit in the guard, flush with the guard and no rubbing or scrubbing?
  16. TAX33 4 door at Clayfield last night
  17. yeah got it, so if I run twin 2560's it'll be fine? I don't need the AFM's so I'd get custom pipes off the turbos to the airbox made up!
  18. When you say factory turbo setup, you mean factory twins and air intake setup only? Or could it be made to work with aftermarket bolt on twins and custom air intake pipes?
  19. do you have any pictures of the air boxes, how it looks setup in a 33 GTR? where abouts in Brisbane?
  20. Rev's guide is basically what I said in my initial list anyway, plus a fuel system upgrade of course! I'll stay away from some of the stuff on his added list though. I don't want a mountain of power, I guess the 330-350 guide was a bit unnecessary, I'm more after a time than a power figure(as a power figure is dyno dependant anyway).....so if a milder setup on 16-18psi will get me an 11....then the safer and lower the pressure on the motor, the better! I think I can drive, but most people probably think they can, depends what you define by "can drive" I suppose?!?!? But a good set of semi's on some stockos will be a good idea....or even on my Volks!
  21. I'm not 100% sure on wheather or not the KW figure the car had been sold to me with was AWKW or RWKW, it was stated that it had 206AWKW, but the shop that did the tuning has a RWD dyno only, so I'm not sure anymore...my guess would be that it is AWKW because 206RWKW would equate to 180ishRWKW and it would have more than that I'm sure. Rev210, thanks for the input, got the clutch and lightweight rims already, certainly agree with you that I don't want to push the motor beyond what it needs to be pushed to gain me my 11....so if I only need 280 or so KW then so be it, but I am lead to believe I need at least 300 for mid 11s. I'm not going to rape the engine if I don't need to, but I also agree that the easier the engine makes the power and on lesser boost the better! Glenn, you've got it pretty much right with what I want and I'll follow your recommendations for changing pumps etc too as I want to replace everything that may need replacing on a 10yr old car for safety sake.....not after things like CF tailshafts though
  22. thanks for that.....I have 18s on mine now, and they just don't fill out the guards well in my opinion....maybe if I wound the coilovers down a little and had the guard sit a little closer to the tyre it might look a little tougher.....but I'm really unsure what I want, I chop and change all the time.....but I do know I want something different!
  23. did you really need to reply in here with such useless dribble? I wasn't asking for pointless opinions on these wheels, I'm asking simply for pics of them on 33s! and yuk(?) maybe in 20s but these have to be one of the best looking wheels around in 18/19s!
  24. this be them on 34's in black and polished 20s incase people aren't sure which wheels I mean.
  25. yes that would be it.....time for some mods, change it up a bit!
