  1. settle dude, it's public forum, people are at liberty to give opinions, no need to try get all high and mighty, I was saying that it is possible, not ragging on you. can't afford 22s, yeah, sorry been there, done that, but yeah I'll stick to my smaller wheels, they'd out price your 22s anyway!!!!
  2. I reckon we actually have one of the better systems, yes $2195 is a fair whack of cash, but if you lived in NSW and wanted something similar, you will have them for 4 years and be up to that amount anyway, and still you don't own the plates. $2195 and you own and can use the plates for the rest of your life......I don't see how that sucks cock?? Some states have it better, but I guess the cheaper and easier they are to obtain, the harder it is to get good combos because every boy and his toy can afford them!
  3. yeah it has been done a fair bit up here, so it must be possible.....they look abit big and roller skate-ish unless you have it tucking some serious rim! I'd like to see 22s on an RX7, got any pics(?), I reckon that would look rediculous, they are too squat and sleek for something that big....20s are even a bit over the top!!!
  4. no kit, stock front, stock wing..... and if Abu thinks those kits look good on a GTR, its obvious where his taste is and why he likes 32's (except maybe the 1st white one)
  5. I wish it had been parked in that exact spot when I was there late last year! Would have been nice to see it up close and in the flesh. I'm in 2 minds about it, looks like a lot of hard work, and it looks pretty good, but I guess its a quick polish and you are back to square 1!
  6. I agree, they probably won't last long. I already have the projector lights, was just looking for something that was brand new, as mine are slightly yellowish with a tiny amount of clouding, polishing them every few weeks solves the issue temporarily, but its getting annoying doing this. I'll keep my eye on the sale and see how it goes. as for the bonnet, le me know if the other fella doesn't want it. Thanks
  7. I've always been lead to believe that GTST and GTR's share different healights....and I highly doubt you'll find them much cheaper than about $2k.....if you do, somewhere, let me know
  8. also interested in rough idea to send the bonnet, would be roughly the same to Bris as Syd, so if you have an idea? and how much did the h/lights start at $$$ wise back in Sept? and have you had much luck within regards to offers? any movement on price?
  9. are these to go into a GTR or GTST? Beacause they won't fit into the latter car!
  10. you want $1000 for the R33 ones, rims only, no tyres? bit much don't you think, people sell them with decent tyres for $1200 or around that!
  11. yeah awesome wheels, I love mine, this colour is nice aswell! great price too free bump and good luck!
  12. thats ok, got a few interested now which is good, hopefully be gone this week.
  13. he asked if S3 GTR go into S2 GTR, or can I not read properly? the answer is yes if GTR to GTR.
  14. can't speak for a CF bonnet, but my experiences with Andrew at MU Secret are awesome, he was very helpful, gave good advice and the products were well priced and sent promptly when I bought. I got my Volks off him!
  15. If you are keen on this and live interstate, thats fine, I'm happy to send it interstate, but you arrange pickup from my place and freight to wherever you are. Bootlid dimensions are 1200 wide x 730 high and 280 deep down the back, approx 4-6kgs if you want to get quotes. thanks
  16. mine is by no means LOW, it has a bit of clearance from guard to tyre and only uses coilovers, nothing fancy as far as suspension goes. I find it odd aswell, but maybe it had something to do with the offset and 275's together which is strange as the +12 9.5 is the way to go. However now on a 10.5 +22 I can turn as much as I want, and it has not touched anything, at any speeds, at any lock.....where it did with the 18s......who knows?!?!
  17. my experiences 275's on my 18x9.5 +12 TE37s, scrubbed on full lock, tracked down the highway 265's on my 19x10.5 +22 CE28Ns, wider wheel, narrower tyre, I like the stretched look though, so that helped my decision, but now no scrubbing at all, still tracks down the highway......any car with wide tyres like 265+ on the front will do this. but in all reality its 1cm difference in width which means stuff all for traction......but I'd go 265's if I was you.
  18. for sure, man! why the hate, its not a Holden vs Ford type of deal, they are all GTR's.....ugly LOL! on another note, man, it might be a good idea to have another go at your sig, yo, you kinda rooted it up!
  19. 32 lighter than the 33.....wow, buy a whole 45-50kgs, its not really a big deal, nor an argument as to why go one over the other! same boat as someone else above, 2 mates have 32 GTR's, I have a 33, theirs are awesome cars, but its an age thing, going from a 33 yourself, you'll quickly feel like you are in a much older car driving a 32, just from the interior alone. Either way, you'll be happy!
  20. Thanks dude, but I kinda agree with the guys above, I wouldn't change anything about currently. The CF lip looks average in the photos because you don't get that sense of depth and dimesion that comes with CF, its actually really 3 dimensional and looks awesome in person as its an unusual weave so its unique, but you don't see it so much in photos because it looks like a wierd chequered sticker, or some tacky fake stuff! and as for bigger wheels.......what(?), you serious, they are 19x10.5's.....how much bigger do you want?.....20's are lame and too auto salon-ish on GTR's and you won't find much wider than 10.5!!!!
  21. highly doubt it, unless some cheap 2nd hand ones pop up! Don't skimp on rims, cheap wheels look like like cheap wheels, and on a GTR some Lenso's or similar rubbish really makes the car look average....just save for longer!!!!
