  1. bbenny, do as brody says and have a read of Toshi's remapped ECU in the parts for sale section... if i'm not mistaken, the remap also includes getting rid of the boost, speed & rev cut...
  2. hello ppl, i got Toshi to do a chip for my R32. My car's got an APEXi Power Intake + 3" full exhaust with Trust Power Extreme II catback. running 0.8 bar boost. Before: Lethargic low end, but big kick in mid-range-top. After: A nice bump up in low-end torque, very very smooth revving all the way to red-line. Went for a test-drive with Toshi after the chip was in, instantly had this huge grin heheh. Friend who test drove my car after the chip was put in was amazed how linear the power delivery is now. Conclusion: If you're after a good tune for street, circuit & touge, Toshi's chip delivers a good performance boost @ good value. I didn't do a dyno check, but I CBF anyway with dynos. A friend of mine with an S15 has similar tuning, power delivery wise, but he had to spend lots on a e-manage, etc.
  3. hi chris, got the kit today... had a little trouble fitting it due to not having the right tools to remove the c-clamp =p but it's all good now, thnx champ Regards, KJ
  4. used to have a set of NGK Iridium IX... recently changed to NGK IRIWAYs. Don't bother with the std iridium plugs, IRIWAY is much better. Car runs helluva lot smoother...
  5. Jimbo2000: if it happens again, try removing the cover that sits above the coil packs, u know the one that sez Nissan DOHC whatever... coil packs may be getting too hot (this cured my own problem - mostly: just need to get more electrical ground done and it will be perfect)
  6. besides the coil packs, note that some of our skylines are pretty old - the electrical system is ancient. Perhaps an earthing/grounding kit may solve your problems..
  7. ignorant Q: do the Tein R33/R34 GTR shocks suit a R32 GTS-T?
