you need to get in behind the front bar (where the fog light assemblies are) and undo the cap on the back of it (much like the headlight)...if you can get it on a hoist it'll be pretty easy to get in behind it, but I did it on the ground....just a bit harder to get your head in and under to see what you're doing etc....jacking it up will help obviously
