    Ahh.. yes well we've established about 5 times since the first post that it was in fact a GTR At the end of the day, GTR or not - Stealing someones pride and joy is a LOW act. Steal a DVD player, watch, Playstation... Fine! But obviously if someone has a performance car, it usually means a GREAT deal to them, so it's reprehensible.

    I think he was referring to the fact that they stole someones R33 GTR.. No-one gives a shit that they stole some screw drivers from a multi million dollar corporation! When they steal someones pride and joy that this person has obviously saved their hard earned cash to buy - then it's a completely different story!

    I pushed it to get the full 2 weeks unfortunately so I'd be asking a bit much for the extra days Yeah I've got some but they are kinda small.. They're 205/45/16 Kumho Ecsta.. fitted on some Enkeis.. They are too small for the line though... so you might scrape stuff under heavy cornering

    Yeah I saw there was a red one doing dutton that was getting some decent times.. (MX-5 / SR20) http://www.miatasr20.com/ has kits with brackets to mount the SR into the Miata...

    I spotted MX-5 Tim (I think) in an R31 waving at me on Pennant Hills Rd at Carlingford yesterday.

    Yeah true that^^^ It has to look in proportion... You shouldnt have anything bigger than an S2 wing without sideskirts at least, or ideally rear pods too. Brett - Rear pods would look great to even out the back of your car because your front bar and side skirts are quite low.

    Thinking about getting passed - Wheels Suspension Air filter box (although I'm told by the cops that the boxed pod filter thing is an 'internet myth' ) Body work Number plate mount (sticks out from the bar by a tiny bit.     GTR Wing is my preference (I am biased tho) Drift wing or S2 wing equal second choice.. -- Carmate does the GTR wing in fibreglass... http://www.carmate.com/product_details.php...W&p_id=7761 Questionable service from them though.

    Does anyone know if it's possible to get a certificate for specific mods only, or does an engineer need to pass the entire car as either safe or unsafe? The reason being, I wont pass emissions for a while to come (due to some major mods required to bring it back to stock which I cant afford atm!), so in the meantime I thought I would get only some of the mods passed which I've been previously warned about. Is this possible or not?

    SIK. HOPEFULLY YOU ONLY GET A FEW DEFECTED RATHER THAN EVERYONE. YOU'RE RIGHT THOUGH - ITS SO WORTH IT, SACRIFICE A FEW PEOPLE SO THAT THE REST CAN CRUISE. EVEN IF ITS A FEW OUT OF A HUNDRED, THATS STILL PRETTY GOOD ODDS THAT YOU WONT BE DEFECTED... 30 TO 1! I'VE MADE WORSE BETS AT THE CASINO.

    Big ups to Kasey and Wayne (and anyone else who helped) for organising tonight! I had a great night! Good food, great company, and a nice sprint to top the night off! Haha the secret santa thing was great. Congrats to whoever ended up with the GTR Well done guys!! --- Also thanks for the wicked pics Wayne! Ur a legend! Shame you couldnt make it Jase.. Next time
